"Beomgyu please, no horror movies" Taehyun begged.
"But then it's not fun" Beomgyu whined.
We were choosing what movie to watch. Beomgyu suggested a horror movie but from what I'm hearing Taehyun despises horror movies.
"Ayee Taehyun you're fine, if something scary comes up just cover your eyes" Yeonjun suggested.
"Ughhh alright" Taehyun finally agreed after half an hour.
The movie started and it already gave a creepy vibe. I was sitting so that Taehyun was on my right and Yeonjun was on my left.
Under the movie Taehyun would dig his face in my back because it was too scary, and I would dig my head in Yeonjuns.
One time when a jumpscare came Taehyun hit his head on my back so hard I almost screamed. But then I felt my back getting wet.
I turned my head to look at Taehyun but couldn't see his full face. Partly because he was hiding behind the covers, and also because it was dark.
"Tyun? Are you alright?" I asked quietly.
Taehyun didn't reply at first. But then he shook his head as a no.
"Do you wanna leave?" I asked him worriedly.
This time, he instantly nodded his head.
I threw my arm over his shoulder and we both got up. We went upstairs, leaving the rest of the group with their questionable faces.
We went into Beomgyus room and I immediately captivated Taehyun in a hug. I didn't ask anything, I just let him cry it out.
The door quietly opened and I saw Yeonjuns familiar black hair and brown eyes peek at us.
I furrowed my brows at him and nudged my head, signaling him to leave. He understood my actions and quietly left.
Once Taehyun was done he pulled away. I scanned Beomgyus room for tissues, eventually coming across them and offering Taehyun one. He sat himself down on Beomgyus checkered blanket.
"Thank you" Taehyun whispered while looking down.
"It's no problem, are you alright now?" I asked carefully.
He looked up at me and for the first time, I saw him smiling with his teeth at me.
"Yeah" he answered shortly.
There was a little moment of silence before he spoke up again.
"Sorry for banging my head into your back so hard, you're probably gonna get a bruise or something" Taehyun apologized.
"Nono it's alright I don't feel it anymore. I stopped feeling it the second I saw you" I replied honestly.
"It's just that.. I don't like jump scares and horror movies. They just make me really uncomfortable. I only accepted because I didn't wanna be a party pooper but I still ended up being one." He chuckled.
Myeonji paused. No wonder he was refusing so much before.
"You aren't a party pooper Tyun, you should've told me. I would've beaten Beomgyu into choosing something else." I said.
He started laughing and I broke a smile.
"Mm mmh it's fine now, we can go back" Taehyun said.
"How about we don't? We can join then after the movie ends" I suggested.
Taehyun smiled and nodded.
"Alright, that sounds good" He said happily.
I texted Beomgyu telling him to come tell us when the movie was done.
