The lady was already talking when I slipped to the front of the crowd next to chuck and Thomas. I ignored the woman's words as the figure beside her lowered there hood and I must have been the last one to realize because right before all of us was gally. Alive and well.

Everyone had to have seen it by now as Thomas had shoved forward slightly even though he was already in the front.

"We can't leave Thomas." Gally said with so much fear in his voice that I was convinced they were controlling him because I could never believe he would chose to be on there side over ours even if he didn't like Thomas.

Gally slowly drew a knife from his coat and just as he threw it straight at Thomas' heart chuck stepped forward blocking Thomas from getting stabbed, but the thing was, Im not gonna let anyone get stabbed unless I'm the one throwing it.

I caught the blade mid air and flung it as hard as I could back in gally's direction having no real aim or target. When I opened my eyes from blinking gally was falling to the ground and Thomas shoved past everyone once again as he went to beat the klunk out of him.

I looked down and saw chuck looking at me in complete shock. I blinked back tears as he imedeately tackled me in a hug and I fell to my knees with exhaustion. It wasn't physical at all. My mind was spent and I just needed imposible time to relax.

"Your the best mom! Oh woops I didn't mean to call you that." Chuck said and I imedeately hugged him tighter.

"You deserve a mom chuck. If you want to call me that you can." I said.

"I'm not co parenting that little shuck." Minho called out to me causing everyone to laugh.

"Your amazing." He said with a big smile on his face and I laughed.

"It's been a long week." I said as I got to my feet and walked over to Minho.

Just after I said that a group of people ran over to us hounding us all up and pushing us over to a bus. We all climbed on and most of the gladers chose to sit in there own seats but Minho insisted I sit with him.

The lulling of the bus as it began moving rocked me right to sleep and Minho wrapped his arm around me and pulled me close to him as rain began poring heavily on the metal roof of the bus.  I was fading in and out of sleep but I could hear Thomas was interrogating one of the people who brought us here and they were giving very vague answers.

Minho could sense my uneasiness and he pulled me onto his lap. He rubbed my back as the bus jostled everyone. It wasn't a comfortable ride in the slightest but eventually our eyelids grew too heavy to come out of sleep anymore.

Minho shook me awake and I realized the bus wasn't moving anymore. I got up and saw the people were forcing everyone out of the bus as fast as they could.

I got pushed forward and away from Minho which angered me and I pushed the guard behind me only to get jabbed in the back and pushed forward again.

We were pushed into a building that looked very sturdy and had clean walls unlike the buildings we had in the glade. It really made me miss the more hospitable homestead I used to live in with everyone I cared about so much. A third of everyone was dead too.

There we tables covered in pizza boxes along a hall and all the gladers imedeately dove into the boxes devouring every last bite. I took one look at it and decided I wouldn't touch it. Everyone that brought us here was acting sketchy and the food could be poisoned.

I just stood there watching everyone pig out. Minho and chuck both even tried to bring me some but I refused it.

Once everyone was done we went into a room full of bunk beds and I tried to find Teresa but she for some reason got separated. I wondered why because if they were separating boys and girls then why was I here in the boys room.

Everyone was getting settled and Minho and I were sitting on a bunk above Thomas who was laying down probably trying to sleep. Newt turned the lights off and Minho laid down but I couldn't help but have a gut feeling that Teresa wasn't okay.

After a few hours of laying awake I couldn't pretend I was asleep anymore so I dangled my head over the edge of the bunk bed to talk to Thomas who I knew for a fact was also laying awake Right now.

"Thomas." I whisper shouted down at him.

"What?" He whisper shouted.

"Have you been talking to Teresa with your voodoo brain talky stuff?" I asked as I quietly jumped down from the bed and sat on his.

"She said something was happening and then it just cut out." He said as he sat up.

"I had a gut feeling she was in danger and me being here with you guys even though I'm the only girl just doesn't make sense. I should be in there with her but I'm not. There doin' something to her." I said fearfully.

"You said what we were both thinkin' but let's just hope she's alright and go to sleep." He said as he laid back down.

"Good that." I said as I got to my feet and climbed back onto the bed next to Minho and let sleep take over.

I couldn't help but be consumed by the uneasy feeling that Teresa isn't safe right now but as I tried to settle down i felt minho wrap his arms around me and pull me close to him making sure I was there beside him.

The maze was over. I was safe. We were safe. We survived the maze so what were we here for?
