The Maldives are an irresistible destination with white sandy beaches covered in palm trees, turquoise blue seawater, deep blue shallow lagoons and a sea wildlife which you cannot find anywhere else. Many of these tropical islands are simply gorgeous. It is not one large island but it is, instead, a collection of thousands of tiny coral islands. It is like a floating city. The surrounding ocean is among the most beautiful things I've seen. It's like a piece of heaven on earth.
Kenny and I landed two hours ago and he drove us to a villa/beach house. Although it is too big for the two of us, the beach house is really elegant and specious. Four bedrooms, a huge kitchen, dining room, sitting room, movie room, a pool and a rooftop hot tub. I thought we were staying in a hotel but this is way better. The beach here is so peaceful and quiet, with only a few people around- mainly because the ocean is large and the population is small. I could see the whole view of the beach from the main bedroom and the ocean is just a minute away. It was a lovely view to look at.
Kenny left thirty minutes after we arrived, something about meeting his team about the case he's working on. I was a little disappointed but that's the main reason why we're here, his work. I don't wanna distract him or keep him from doing what he came here to do. He promised to spend time with me and i'mma hold on to that.
The beach looked really looked beautiful at night. With all the lights shining through, the moon and the sky filled with stars. I looked at it from the window and decided to go out and enjoy the outdoor breeze. I was already in my bikini so I took a towel and wrapped it around myself then went outside.
I walked towards the water barefoot on the sand. This place was so peaceful and beautiful, I wish we could never go back home. It would be just the two of us, together.
I dropped the towel on the sand and put my feet inside the water. It was cold at first, but cooled down afterwards. I wish Kenny was here to feel the water with me.
I was looking at the sky until I felt splash of the water on my body. I jumped and shrieked as I closed my eyes and covered my face.
I opened my eyes to see Kenny laughing at me. He looked cute when he smiled. I cut off his laughter by splashing water on him. He looked at his now wet naked chest and looked back at me. He nodded slowly and reached for the water and I made a run for it. I ran inside the ocean laughing and he chased me. It didn't even take him ten steps to catch me and turn me around holding my wrist, my whole body colliding with his.
"Where do you think you're going ?" He chuckled.
"Kenny please, do you know how cold the water is ?" I pouted trying to beg him into not splashing me.
"I do know, because you splashed it on me." He said bringing closer than I was. He put the hand that was holding my wrist on my back while the other held my waist.
"You started it! I finished it. Can you please let me go ? The score is settled." I said as I tried to get out of his grip.
"Not until I say so." He said as he let go of me and splashed water all over me. I let out a scream as I covered my face with my hands.
I also started splashing water on him and we continuasly did this as we laughed and chased each other. More like him chasing me, it was difficult for me run as we went to the deeper end of the ocean so I had to swim. My whole body was inside the ocean except my shoulders and Kenny had most of his upper body out of the water.
Kenny and I laughed hard as we stopped splashing water at each other. My hair was all wet and I didn't even intend to get it wet. "You're drying my hair when we get back." I said as I got all of it from my face.
Kenny shrugged as he smiled, helping me put my hair behind my ear. "I don't mind."
We just looked into each other's eyes, smiling. So many words unsaid and so many emotions felt. Our smiles slowly faded as we looked deep into each other's eyes. It was like I could see what he was trying to tell me through the sparkle and shine in his eyes.
Kenny broke our eye contact to look at my lips, his eyes went back to mine and we both leaned forward for a kiss. Our lips slowly touching and moving against each other as we kissed passionately in the open sky. Kenny held my neck and ran his other hand through my wet hair as I held onto his waist. The kiss was euphoric and hypnotizing. Eyes closed and bodies pressed against each other as our lips moved in sinc with each other.
We both pulled away from the kiss and pressed our foreheads against each other as I tried catch my breath. My hands were still around his waist while his held onto the sides of my face, fingertips on my cheeks. We pulled away to look into each other's eyes, the moonlight shining bright on both our faces. As I looked into his eyes I realised that this is what I want, us is what I want, for the rest of my life.
"I love you."
Kenny and I looked into each other's eyes and smiled after we both said the words in unison. The words we've been dreading to say, we finally said them, at the same time.
"What did you say ?" Kenny asked, containing his smile.
I chuckled. "We both know you heard me."
"I did, but I wanna hear you say it again."
"I said I love you Kenny, I really love you." I smiled as I looked into his eyes.
"She loves me." He whispered to himself and I chuckled as I brought my body closer to hug him.
I laid my head on his chest with my hands wrapped around him. He put his arms around me and kissed my forehead. "I love you Blue, more than anything in this world."
This moment felt perfect, it felt magical and extraordinary. I knew from this moment in time that this is how I wanna spend the rest of my life, he is who I wanna spend the rest of my life with. No matter the cost.
I'm willing to sacrifice everything to be with him. Everyday, for the rest of my life I wanna fall asleep in his arms and wake up next to him. I want to be able to put a smile on his face when he's feeling down. I wanna be the reason he wakes up in the morning and dreads to go to sleep at night. I want to wake up to him making us breakfast and me making dinner that we'll probably end up throwing away. I want to hear his complaints about me taking too long to get ready. I want the McDonald's dates with him, the picnics, the arcade games dates, the Saturday movie nights, those eating ice cream in the middle of the night because he's too overwhelmed by work days. I want the quickies in his office and the love making at home, the stupid smug on his face after he fucks me until I can't walk. I want the teasing, the laughter, the serious and deep conversations, the stupid and immature arguments. I want every second of my life with him. I want to be the one who gives him strength to carry on. I wanna be his happiness, his peace, his sanity and his reason to live- just like he is mine.
Trust and honesty are one of the foundations love is built on, and you can't build love without them. This is why I've decided that I'll tell Kenny the truth.
I'll tell him about his parents, me being Python, me being here because of the mission, the flash drive, my real identity, my real family, our gang, everything. I know this might subottage our relationship and what we've become. But me continuing to lie to him would be the greatest subottage to our love. I wouldn't love him as I claim to do If I continued lying to him. At the end of the day, it would be his choice to break up with me, arrest me or continue being with me. The last one has a zero percent chance of happening, it's just a dream that will never come true.
It's official, I'll tell him the truth and deal with the consequences. I would reveal everything to him now, but I don't wanna ruin this moment, plus I'm too much of a coward to do it. When the time is right, I'll do it.
"Aren't you feeling cold ?" Kenny asked, I wrapped my arms around his neck and brought my lips closer to his ear.
"Wanna have sex on the beach ?" I asked lowly instead of answering his question.
Kenny looked in my eyes that held desire and his darkened as he chuckled, he picked me up bridal style and led us out of the water to the towel I left on the sand. I knew we was in for a very long night.
