I woke up, but it wasn't the next morning. I could just tell.

Everyone was still asleep, it was dark out.

Groaning, I carefully climbed out of Cameron's arms and left the room, because I knew I won't be able to go back to sleep.

Walking around the house, I went in my room and grabbed my guitar.

I haven't played it in a while and I really need to practice.

I went out back and sat by the pool, pulling up music on my phone.

Tuning it, I started playing Amnesia by 5 Seconds of Summer.

"Jordyn?"

I jumped and turned to see Nash behind me.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"I should be asking you the same thing." He said, coming over and sitting next to me.

"Couldn't sleep." I shrugged.

"Same." He nodded.

I plucked quietly at the strings of my guitar as we sat in silence.

"Wanna go for a walk?" Nash asked randomly.

Looking at him weirdly, I shrugged. "Why not."

We went through the house quietly. I set my guitar on the kitchen counter and pulled on some black Uggs.

They didn't go with my pajama shorts, but who cares.

It was 2:00 in the morning. No one was going to see.

The two of us walked down the street, not saying anything.

"So you and Cam." Nash finally said, smirking at me.

"Yup. Sorry I broke up Cash or whatever." I shrugged.

He burst out laughing. "It's totally ok."

"Good." I smiled.

"It's weird." Nash said.

"What is?" I asked.

"Cam has never liked a girl, as much as he likes you, in barely any time. I mean, you haven't lived here for a while and he's already like in love with you." He told me.

"I wouldn't say love." I laughed nervously.

"I would." He said, looking me in the eye.

I bit my lip and looked at the ground.

"Can we talk about something else?" I asked quietly.

"Why? I'm not trying to be rude or mean or anything, but you guys are in a relationship, why don't you wanna talk about it?" He said, looking at me.

I shrugged nervously. "I don't know. I've never been good with talking about feelings or anything. For as long as I can remember I would just bottle everything up and never tell anyone anything. Plus, I'm new at this whole thing. I'm almost 18 years old and this is my first relationship."

"First? You mean you didn't even have one of those silly 7th grade 'relationships' that everyone had?" He looked surprise, making quotes with his fingers.

I nodded. "I was a...different kid back then."

"Different, how?" Nash asked.

"Weird." I said.

By now we had sat on the curb, and were just talking.

"I'm sure you weren't that weird." He laughed lightly.
