The drawing room was filled with laughter and teasing.. All were teasing Karan directly or indirectly after Monami revealed the actual story to them. 

Mo: (laughing) Appko dekhna chahiye tha bhaiya.. yeh khadoos wahan kaise mun phula ke khada tha.. jaise koi iski gf ko chhed raha ho.. 

Karan, who was quietly sitting on the sofa, looking at the floor, immediately looked at her, thought of saying something but again looked down. He was quite embarrassed with the situation and it was clearly visible on his face. 

K: (muttering) han to isko kya zaroorat thi yeh bolne ki ki wo vd iska bf hai.. mujhe jaise maasoom ki kya galti.. 

P: (holding his stomach as he was laughing uncontrollabley) mo...monu.. tujhe kya zaroorat thi yeh bolne ki ki wo vidyut tera bf hai.. wo to achha hai hum log majak samajh gaye.. nahi to humari bhi karan jaisi haalat hojaati.. 

K: Bhaiyaa? 

P: (laughing) chup.. 

Mo: Offo bhaiya.. mene socha tha ki thoda sa majak karloon.. mujhe kya pata tha..  ki jisse mera majak sabse pehle samjhna chahiye.. wo sabse zyaada bewakoof niklega.. Waise to dushmano ke haw bhav itne achhe se paraakh leta.. aur meri baat sunke iske hosh udgaye.. 

K: ohh hello.. mere koi hosh nahi ude the.. wo to bas... me.. wo.. han.. wo mujhe laga ki yeh achanak se bf le aayi kahin se.. to pata nahi kaisa ladka hoga..

Mo: Sharam karo khadoos shergil... Kitna jhoot bologe.. I am damn sure tum hospital me bhi VD ko man me kos rahe Hoge..  haina??

Karan looked at her with wide eyes..

Mo: dekha.. mene kaha tha na.. tumhare chehre se pata chal raha tha.. tumhein pata nahi achanak kya hogaya..

Monu was continuously laughing and bechara Karan kuchh bol nhi paaraha tha..

K: haan.. to..to tumne VD ke baare me bataya kyun nahi.. usse to sab bataya tha mere baare me.. par mujhe uske baare me kuchh bhi nahi..

Mo: Achha.. to mtlb yeh agent jealous hai.. ki mene usse kyun nahi bataya..

K: (in mind: idhar meri jalan ke maare haalat kharab horahi aur isse majak sujh raha.. monami mahajan you are so gone today) 

Mo: Awwllee mera khadoos shergil.. jealous hogaya kya?

Monu and param high fived. Barkha shook her head and laughed seeing their childish acts. She mentally prayed God to keep her family happy forever. 

Karan's cheeks had become red. He was embarresd as well as shy listening to "mera khadoos shergil"

(haaye this lovesick Karan) 

He knew if he sat there for longer, Monami and Param will continue pulling his leg. So he stood up from his place and went to his room. Monami saw karan going and immediately followed him..

(Monu bhi bachi bangayi hai aaj.. full karan ki taang khichai me busy)

Karan went to his room and was about to close the door when monami all of a sudden pushed the door open making Karan shocked. 

K: Ohh rani sahiba.. yeh kya tareeka hai.. darwaza todne ka iradaa hai kya? Aise kaun rokta darwaza band karne se..

Mo: Ohh mister yeh kya tareeka hai.. aadhi baat chhod ke aane ka..
