Chapter 13 : Dare.

I laid my head down on the desk out of stress of being at school. It's been a couple weeks since Jungwon and I have been becoming closer. The air has gotten colder too, but that isn't what's been on my mind recently.

"Y/n, are you okay?" Sunoo tapped on my shoulder. I groaned as I stayed facing the desk.

"You've been acting all depressed lately and not like your talkative self. Tell me what's wrong." He said firmly.

"Well...Jungwon and I had a little moment, I guess." I said, sitting up.

"Yang Jungwon? The guy from class 108?"

"Yeah." I answered.

"Okay, so what's wrong? Do you like him or something?~" He teased.

"We kissed." I whispered to him.

"WHAT?!" He said standing up. I quickly shushed him and made him sit back down. I looked around and a few students were staring at us.

"Shhh! You can't tell anyone."

"Was it your first kiss? Are you guys dating? Has he asked you out yet?" He kept asking.

"We aren't dating. And no, it wasn't my first kiss." I said. It made me think of my toxic ex, Yijin. "I just don't know what to do about it." I said. Sunoo pulled me into a hug and i rested my head on his shoulder.

"Oh, you know what?" he said smiling, pulling away.

"What?"

"Well, Halloween is tomorrow."

"Yeah, what about it?" I asked. I never really celebrated Halloween. The last time I did was in grade school.

"Niki is throwing a party. His parents are gone for the whole week on some rich people event so he has the whole house to himself. He's inviting a lot of people too."

"Oh, hell no. Count me out." I said turning away to look on my phone.

"Whyyy? If it's about the last party, don't worry because I will be with you this time." He said, making me look at him again.

"I don't know, what if Jungwon is there? I may get a bit nervous around him."

"He wont be there." Sunoo said.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. And plus, you should use this party as an excuse to destress yourself." He assured me.

"Okay, we'll... I'll think about it." I said. I honestly did not want to go through what happened at the last party again. But it would be nice to not think about everything for a night.

Sunoo ended up making me take the subway to Niki's house alone since he was picking up other friends. I almost forgot his house is a bit farther away so I didn't end up walking there in the dark.

I walked up the steps of the front porch and rung the doorbell. When Sunoo said there was going to be a lot of people, I expected the house to be over flowing with them but I guess not. I could hear music playing inside and see people drinking and talking. Even though this is a halloween party, no one dressed up in any costumes. Good thing I didn't, or I would have embarrassed myself again.

The door opened to where I was greeted by the host himself.

"Oh hey y/n, I didn't know you were coming. Sunoo said you might not." He said as I stepped into the house. "Everyone is joining the living room soon to play some games."

"Okay, I'm gonna get a drink first." I said. He nodded and joined some friends by the pool table.

I walked into the kitchen and opened the fridge. There were some premade drinks so I grabbed one and stood by the counter looking around.

"Hey, stranger."

I turned around to see Heeseung standing beside me. I haven't been able to hangout with him since his soccer schedule is so busy. Plus my skating practices always take up my free time.

"Did you just get here?" He asked.

"Yeah. Sunoo was gonna come pick me up but made me take the subway." I said, chuckling lightly.

"Alone at night?" He said looking down at my outfit. I was wearing a mini skirt with a cropped black sweater and some converse. "You should have asked me when I left the dorm earlier. I didn't know you were going."

"It's fine, I was still debating on whether I should come or not." I said as he grabbed a drink for himself.

"Well, I'm glad you came." He smiled. We both took a few sips of our drinks. It tasted like whiskey and whatever else was mixed into it.

"I think everyone is in the living room. Let's go see what game Niki planned." He said taking my hand in his. We walked over and he sat on the couch with Jay, Sunghoon, and Niki. I sat on the floor with Jake and Sunoo. Yijin and Minji also came over to which the glared at me and whispered to each other while looking at me. God, why did they have to be here?

"Okay, let's start the game. It's pretty much truth or dare, but with spin the bottle." Niki explained. Everyone gathered and sat in a circle formation.

"Room for two more?" I looked up to see Jungwon and Harin. I immediately looked over at Sunoo and he shrugged telling me he didn't know he was going. They both sat down across from me as the others made room for them.

Sunoo took the bottle. "I'll go first." He spun it around until it slowed to a stop.

"Okay, Jay, I dare you to drink 5 shots in a row without making any sort of expression." Everyone smiled including Jay as Sunoo brought the shot glass and a bottle of Soju. One by one, he swallowed every drop of each glass and his face remained the same.

"Damn, Jay. Are you a heavy weight drinker?" Jake asked.

"He hosts all the parties, that's why." Sunghoon joked.

"Okay, okay, my turn." Jay said spinning the bottle. It ended up landing on Niki where he was dared to ask some random girl out. He walked back to us to tell everyone what happened.

"What did she say?" Jay asked.

"She said no." He replied.

"Nishimura Niki gets rejected for the first time?!" I teased him, causing others to laugh.

"Shut up." He said as I laughed at him. He picked the bottle up and spun it around. It landed on Jungwon.

"Who is the prettiest girl in the room?" He asked. I looked up at Harin who was smiling looking down.

"Y/n." He answered. Harin's smile dropped at she looked up at me. I looked over at Jungwon who was staring at me which cause me to quickly look away. Heeseung seemed to not like his answer as he was giving him a glare.

"Ayyy~ that's such a simple question. Niki, dare him to do something." Yijin said, smiling mischievously.

"Umm...okay. Jungwon I dare you to spend seven minutes in heaven with...y/n." I snapped my head to look at Niki. I guess that's what I get for teasing him from earlier.

Jungwon stood up and reached his hand out for me as I looked up at him. I guess I have no choice.

"No, Niki that's so lame." Heeseung said, stopping me from taking Jungwon's hand.

"Yeah, what kind of dare is that?" Harin joined, looking over at Niki.

"How? It's just a dare." Jungwon said to him which made Harin and Heeseung's gaze look cold.

"Why, Heeseung? Do you like y/n or something?" Niki asked. I looked over at Heeseung. He looked at me and then back to Niki.

"Whatever, just get it over with." He said out of annoyance.

Jungwon took my hand and led me into one of the bedrooms closest to the living room. I walked in and sat on the bed. He closed the door behind him and looked at me.

"Y/n, we need to talk."

im so tired. i stayed up til 4am dying my hair. gn.
