Death-Trap Maze

"Stop it!" Meliodas shouted, stopping diane, who was about to eat hawk.

The giant glance over to the blonde haired male with a confused expression, "Huh? A human boy. Who are you?"

The prince smiled happily of finding diane here and seeing that she is safe and not harmed, "what are you doing in this place? How'd you get here?" Diane asked the young prince.

Hawk managed to get out of diane gripped and run towards meliodas, hiding behind him.

"Diane! I'm so glad you're safe! Everybody's been so worried about you! Do you remember me at all? I'm meliodas! I'm a prince from Liones." Meliodas introduced himself as she kept a soft smile on his lips, "who's been traveling with you and the seven deadly sins."

"Meliodas, huh? A princess from liones? And the seven deadly sins?" Diane said with confusion as she looked at the blonde haired male.

"You lost your memories and disappeared. Since then, we've all been looking everywhere for you. But sir King wanted to go off on his own and continue the search alone." Meliodas explained.

"So then, you and I, we know each other?" Diane pointed out to the young prince who nodded, "Yes, that's right. The two of us are friends!"

"Hmm." Diane stared at meliodas, who gave her a closed eye smile, but she frowned, not trusting him cause of what the soldiers of liones did to matrona.

Diane began to stand up and looked at meliodas with a distrustful expression on her face, "well, you seem nice. But, sorry, I can't trust humans. Those holy knights from liones seem nice, too, but then, they tricked us and tried to kill matrona." She had a hint of anger in her tone as she picked up her Gideon from the ground.

Meliodas face dropped of hearing diane said this, "no, hold on!" He shouted out, trying to stop her from leaving.

Diane glared at meliodas over her shoulder, her eyes narrowed, "Don't follow me!" She angrily said as she began to walk away with her back facing towards them.

"Not exactly the reunion we hoped for. What should we do?"

"Well, follow her, anyway, hawk." Meliodas told his pig friend as he had a determination expression on his face. The duo began to follow after diane.

"This place is creepy! I bet when this maze was built, the village and other things were completely swallowed up."

"What happened to everyone who lived here?" The prince looked around, wondering where everyone is that lived here in vaizel.

Diane halted and turned around, gazing at the pig and meliodas, who also stopped walking, "I told you to stay away from me! What are you doing?"

"We happen to be going in the direction. It has nothing to do with you!"

Diane stepped aside, "I see. Well, after you then, please."

"Oh. Sure, you got it!" Hawk began to walk ahead with meliodas following behind him, "Now then, let's see! Which direction do you think we should try turning next?"

But then a rumbling sound is heard as the ground beneath them began to crumble as meliodas and hawk screamed out as they began to fall towards the large spikes, but then a large hand managed to catch them.

Diane jumped over the big hole, holding meliodas and hawk in her hand, "thank you, diane." Meliodas thanked the giant as he was glad that diane managed to save them in time.

"Hey, you guys! Take a look at the bottom of the hole!" Hawk called out as he and meliodas, diane, looked at the hole to see many large spikes in the hole and could see some dead bodies in the hole as the bodies were pierced into the spikes.
