"Got it!"

She slammed the mora down onto the table before Ayato could even blink. The waiter jumping in surprise at her actions.

"I was waiting for this moment! Once you let your guard down, I was easily able to pay for our lunch, and-"

"Uhhh, Miss? Mr. Kamisato actually already paid for the bill this morning when he made the reservation...," the waiter said quietly.

.
.
.

"What?!"

Leaving the extravagant restaurant in tears, Ayato couldn't help but to chuckle at her.

"It takes more than that to outsmart me, y/n."

"I know..."

She seemed to be swimming in her own tears to which he gave a small pat on her head, "cheer up, we still have a few more places to go today."

"Does it involve paying anything for me?"

"No."

"Then count me in!"

She was quick to jump back into her happy state as she gave him a bright smile. A smile of his own seeming to match with her as they set off to a new destination.

She really doesn't like when someone pays for her stuff... honestly, how did I get so lucky with finding someone like her?

Soon enough, as his thoughts drifted to what it would be like once she was fully staying with him, he couldn't help but to look down at her hand that was gently swaying with each step they took.

It wouldn't be wrong to hold her hand, right? Or is it too soon? We did just meet yesterday...yes, it would be best to wait for such physical contact.

Even though I did bring her in for a hug before we wait ... but that was so she wouldn't get hit by those wooden boxes and crates.

"So, where exactly are we going now Mr. Tour Guide?"

"Mr. Tour Guide," he mused.

"Yeah, you've been super ... guideful this whole time."

"Is guideful even a word?"

"It is now," she said with a cheeky smile. His head shook from side to side as he closed his eyes, his light laughter filling her ears delightfully so.

"Anyway," she said while crossing her arms, "you still didn't answer my question."

"We're just going to look out at the vast scenery of this island. I promise that there won't be any mora involved."

"Good. It doesn't feel right having you pay for everything, you know."

"I figured," he said.

He didn't want this to end. Ever.
