TCEST AND PROSHIPPING DNI
In this AU Raph loves plants as much as he loves Spike.
Whenever he finds a new plant he will sneak it into his room and find out more about it.
He also stole a computer to do this because if Donnie opened his search and saw plants on it Raph knew the purple masked turtle would interrogate EVERYONE.
Raph knocks down walls in his room to make it bigger, but he made sure to not let anything get close to anyone else's rooms. So at fifteen years old his room is practically a jungle and a maze that only he can navigate.
He also uses poisons against the Kraang and Purple Dragons, but no one really knows or notices.
When Mikey enters his room one day to find his brother's room a practical jungle he gets VERY confused and asks Raph about it.
Raph obviously refused to tell him shit and so Mikey turned to Master Splinter since Leo and Donnie didn't really listen to him.
Splinter then enters Raph's room to talk to him but finds the place how Mikey did, a fucking jungle and a giant maze.
After like... 30 - 40 minutes of trying to navigate the place he is finally able to find Raph in a well decorated area of his room on his computer searching about his new plant.

Raph was very shocked that Splinter was able to find him since his room is a fucking maze.

"Master Splinter!" Exclaimed Raph in shock, shutting his computer quickly.
"Hello Raphael. I'm surprised no one including myself has realized you've been bringing many plants into our home. May I sit?" The rat asked.
Raph nodded and moved over for master Splinter to sit. Splinter took a seat and looked around.
"Your room is quite the jungle. I could barely find my way here. It took me quite a while." Hummed Splinter.
"Hm." Raph shrugged, he had been able to navigate his room for as long as he could remember so it wasn't a problem for him.
"How long have you been collecting these plants?" Asked Splinter.
"Ehm... For as long as I can remember. I knocked down a few walls for more space." Answered Raph.
"Hm. I see you have also gained interest in human clothes other than your mask." Hummed Splinter, bringing the attention to Raph's clothing.

Raph hesitantly nodded his head as he looked away, looking at the chemical stand he had in his room that had amounts of poison and chemicals on it.

"I see you have been hiding a few secrets of your abilities from us all." Hummed Splinter with a smile as he also looked at the stand.
"I suppose. I didn't really want Mikey breaking the bottles there. Some are poisons or acids." Raph said calmly.
"I see." Hummed Splinter.

When Leo, Donnie, and Mikey found out about this stuff Mikey sometimes teased Raph for liking plants and wearing human clothes. Leo would go into Raph's room and just sit in his room with him to just relax. Donnie would sometimes help Raph with experiments and vice versa.
Raph would wear human clothes after his brothers found out and this would shock EVERYONE but Splinter.
Raph also shows that he's a lot smarter than he shows especially plant/herb/weed wise. If someone got hurt he would automatically know what kind of tea or remedy would be used to cure it.
Raph also stops wearing his red mask and just wears his black scarf that covers half his face and neck.
