(Trauma ideas for 2007 go brrrrr)

So when Leo left for the one-two year long training thing the other three continued to patrol at night, ergo 'nightwatcher' doesn't really exist since Raph had no reason to hide it from her brothers.

Splinter is unaware of the three going up top, so is Leo.

While out during a certain patrol mission Raph had to go undercover as a female so she borrowed clothes from April.

During this mission she realized that she felt really comfortable with female pronouns and skirts/dresses. She went to April about it and the red head confirmed that she was probably transfem.

Raph also started going by Raya instead, but she never told Splinter about being trans.

Mikey and Donnie welcomed her with open arms when she came out to them, April, and Casey.

After Raya came out Casey and April started to bring the three human clothes, baggy enough to fit around their shells.

The three then started to wear human clothes inside and outside the lair.

When Raya came out to Splinter as transfem he continued to deadname and misgender her. During training that night Splinter even broke her arm. Donnie had to put her arm in a cast. Since that night Raya avoids even being in the same room as Splinter.

(I swear I love this version of Splinter but it's for plot reasons I swear he gets better I promise)

When Leo came back a few months later Raya's arm was still in a cast and she barely even looked at him.

When Leo asked about why all of them were wearing clothes Donnie explained to him about how during a mission they had to wear human clothes and they found them quite comfortable so they started wearing them.

When Leo asked about Raya wearing a skirt and having a cast Raya explained to him that she was transfem and that Splinter broke her arm because of it.

She explained it to him while he was downstairs and she was standing on the top of the stairs. She was slightly afraid that he would hurt her as well.

Leo congratulated her for finding out who she was and even asked for a hug.

Raya was a little shocked but she hugged her big bro(who was a bit taller). She did have tears in her eyes, but she would never admit it.

That night Leo had a talk with Splinter. Eventually during the talk Leo brought up Raya's broken arm and her gender since Splinter had been dead naming and misgendering her the entire conversation.

After some time they had started yelling at each other and Leo had stormed out of the room, furious with Splinter.

The other three had secretly been listening in the entire time and Raya was crying because she was happy that Leo was sticking up for her.

She immediately hugged Leo for sticking up for her and he returned the hug happily.

After the argument Splinter started to feel bad about how he was treating his daughter. He decided that he would start being a better father to Raya and welcome her for her gender.

The next morning he said Raya by her name and shocked all of them.

(I'm not explaining it so I'm sorting it out as a story kinda)

"Good morning my children. Raya, how is your arm doing, my daughter?" Asked Splinter as he went toward the toaster to make himself some toast.

All of his children froze hearing what he said and he heard a chair slide and a person stood up.

"Y- . . . You said my name." Said the mutant. He could tell it was Raya by her voice despite not looking at his children.

Splinter then turned around toward his children and smiled toward Raya. She had tears in her eyes and was covering her mouth with her hand that wasn't in a cast.

"Yes. I am sorry my daughter for how I have treated you. I want to apologize and be a better father for you." Hummed Splinter.

Raya has tears falling from her eyes now and she rushed toward Splinter and hugged him.

Splinter returned the hug and rubbed her back as she cried.

The others slowly joined in too to comfort Raya and they all spent the rest of the day hanging out.

When Leo found out about the three going up top he confronted them about it.

While they were all talking about it they all calmed down and they went home. On the way back, Raya was captured without anyone noticing. (Skill issue fr)

While captured one of the stone enemies was staring at Raya, making her uncomfortable.

He tried to touch her but the female stone enemy didn't let him.

Once Raya was freed by her family and friends she quickly hugged them tightly.

After it was all over she was asked what happened and she explained everything that had happened while captured(which pissed off literally everybody about what the stone guy had tried to do)
