Greetings Master Sakonji Urokodaki,
I've sent someone your way who hopes to become a demon slayer.
She had the courage to challenge me unarmed,
And her family was slaughtered by a demon.
Her older brother was transformed into a demon yet, it appears that he will not attack any human.

"Then... how do I finish him?"
"You need to ask? Can you not think for yourself?" Nezuko looked at the small knife in her hand,
'If just stabbing isn't enough... I'll have to crush it's head' she looked over to a large rock not so far away. Nezuko walked over and picked up the rock and walked back over to the head.
'Crushing its skull with this stone will require a lot of solid blows... it will suffer. Isn't there some way I can end it quicker' Urokodaki observed the young girl,
'Ah... this girl is no good, her strong compassion makes her hesitant. Standing before a demon, the smell of kindness still lingers about her. She has sympathy even for a vile demon. Giyuu this girl won't do.'.

The demons' head woke up,
"Oh! I wasted too much time, the suns rising..." Nezuko panicked, the demon looked in the direction of the rising sun. The sunlight reached the demon and it started to burn,
'It died from nothing more than a little sunlight?! No wonder Tanjiro hates it! Oh right, that man...' Nezuko turned in the direction of Urokodaki he was kneeling on the floor in front of the now buried bodies.
'He's giving those poor people a proper burial' Nezuko walks over to Urokodaki,
"Um..." Urokodaki turns to her,
"I am Sakonji Urokodaki. I assume you are the one Giyuu spoke of?"
"Y... Yes. I'm Nezuko Kamado, my brother's name is Tanjiro, and..."
"Nezuko. What will you do if your brother decides to eat a human?" Nezuko pauses.

Slap.
"You took to long to answer. You are slow to decide things, you could not even finish the demon before day break. Why did you not answer my question without delay? It's because your determination is lacking." Nezuko touched her now sore cheek.
"If your brother were to eat someone, you would need to do two things. Kill him, and then slit your own stomach, that is what it means to travel with your demon brother. You must ingrain in your heart that this is something that must not happen. Do you understand what I'm saying?"
"Yes!" Nezuko replied,
"Well then... I will now proceed to test you to find out if you have what it takes, to be a demon slayer. Bring your brother and come with me." Urokodaki turned away from Nezuko.

Nezuko was trying to catch up with the older man,
'Too fast! How old is this man? And how does he silence his footsteps like that?'.

After some time they made it to Urokodakis' house Nezuko was on the floor trying to catch her breath.
"So... So now... Did I... Pass the test?"
"The test starts now. Hike through the mountain." Urokodaki plainly replies, Nezuko just stared at him in horror.

Nezuko and Urokodaki are now on top of the mountain, they left Tanjiro back in the house.
'My legs are so tired, I can barely feel them. And my head is spinning.' Nezuko turned to Urokodaki,
"Your goal is to get to my house in the foot of the mountain. This time I won't wait until dawn" and then he poofed.

"Uh..." Nezuko looked around at her surroundings,
'Oh I get it, he thinks I'll get lost in this thick fog. I just have to return before dawn, that seems easy enough' Nezuko started to run down the mountain.

Nezuko felt some rope push against her foot, causing her to pause and look down at it,
"?!". Suddenly rocks flew at her,
'Rocks... came flying at me? She stumbled backwards and fell into a pit,
'A pitfall!'
'I see!! There are traps all over. That's his game!' She thought as she climbed out of the pit. A log then hit Nezuko in the back and knocked her down onto the floor.
'This is bad! At this rate, the traps will keep me tied up on this mountain until morning. And the mountain itself... it's... hard to breathe up here! The air is far thinner here than on the mountain back home!' Nezuko got up and took a step forward,
'That's why I'm gasping for air... why my head is spinning... will I make it or pass out first...? No, I can do it!'.

Back at the house Tanjiro was asleep on the floor Urokodaki approached him and put a blanket over his sleeping body. Urokodaki turned his attention to the door which made a rattling sound, the door opened and there was Nezuko all bruised and out of breath,
"I... made it... back" She collapsed onto the floor,
"Nezuko Kamado... I accept you as my student!".
