Chapter 31

'This feeling is just like being showered by a gentle rain... no pain... no agony... only warmness... I never thought there could be such a peaceful way to die...' the mother demon's head started to fall to the floor,
'And now I'm... free...'.

Nezuko just looked at the demon with pity. The mother demons head started to disintegrate as she looked at Nezuko,
'Those... eyes...'
'Those gentle eyes... like they can see through everything thing... when I was still human... I have felt the gentle looks that somebody else had given me. Who might that somebody have been? I can't remember. It was somebody who has always viewed me as important... what might that person be doing right now?'.

The demons head hit the ground, and before the lower half of the demons head fully disintegrated she gave a message to Nezuko,
"... there is a twelve kizuki here! Be careful...!!" Nezuko looked at the demon stunned for a moment,
'Twelve Kizuki?! They're here in the mountains?''.

'Oh! Wait! Inosuke and Y/n!' She started to run in the direction where she last saw the two.

"DID YOU DEFEAT HER?!!" Nezuko had met up with Y/n and Inosuke,
"I did. Inosuke, are you alright..."
"DON'T CODDLE ME!" Inosuke hit his chest with his fist, while Y/n just sweat dropped at the situation,
"YA LISTENING? YOU UNDERSTAND? I CAN DO ANYTHING YOU CAN DO!" Inosuke kept rambling on.

'His words are so severe... and I couldn't save any of the other either...' Y/n noticed Nezukos worried expression and smiled reassuringly at her,
"Don't worry Nezuko, after we finish this mission I'll treat Inosuke's wounds, so you don't have to worry!" Nezuko looked up at Y/n and smiled,
"I didn't know you had medical knowledge"
"Someone taught me while I was training to become a demon slayer".

Nezuko, Inosuke and Y/n where now walking by the side of a river,
"That sound just now... did lightning just strike?" Nezuko questioned,
"LIKE I CARE!!" Y/n turned to look at Nezuko,
"Zenitsu uses thunder breathing so it could of been him. If he has actually entered the forest, which is very unlikely".

Inosuke was about to jump into the water,
"Inosuke" Nezuko called out,
"HRAAAH?!"
"I think I'm going to take a look over there"
"DO WHATEVER YOU WANT!"
"Inosuke, you should go down. Down the mountain"
"WHY SHOULD I?! BUZZ OFF!"
"Because your injured" Y/n pointed at his injuries.

Inosuke just started at Y/n and Nezuko for a moment, then replied,
"I AM NOT HURT!!" Nezuko just started at Inosuke flabbergasted, while Y/n just had dotted eyes,
'HUH?!'. The three of them noticed a figure on the other side of the lake.

On the other side of the lake was a female demon who looked like Rui and the mother demon. It looked like she had also only just noticed the three slayers.
"OOOHH!! I'M GONNA CHOP YOU UP!!"
"INOSUKE!"
"HOLD IT, DEMON!!" Inosuke was about to run towards the demon who had just turned and started to run into the forest.

Before she disappeared amongst the trees she looked back at the slayers,
"FATHER!!" She shouted out and then ran further into the woods. Suddenly a huge figure landed in the lake splashing the water everywhere. Y/n had to grab onto Inosuke to pull him away from getting crushed by the huge figure.

The demon moved his hair out of his face and revealed the face of a spider (the spider dads face in the manga is so freaky),
"GET AWAY FROM MY FAMILY!!" He then punched the ground and due to the force knocking Y/n, Inosuke and Nezuko backwards.

I want to get through the mount Natagumo arc as quickly as possible so its mainly going to follow one persons point of view which will be Y/ns.
