Chapter 16

"AHAHAHA! Just like what Yahaba said, a structure appeared in a place that didn't have anything there before!" The female demon with  temari balls was outside of the house. The piece of paper with strange markings on it fell off from above the door.

Yahaba walked up to the temari demon, "Seems like they used a blood demon art capable of hiding things. There is a demon slayer and another demon along with them? What's going on..." he then turned to the temari demon,
"Any ways, Susamaru... should I say that the way you handled this was immature... or too simplistic... you got it dirty, you know"

Yahaba then looked down at his clothing,
"Tch. You got my clothes dirty with dust."
"You're so annoying. It was all thanks to my temaris that we were able to find this place so soon, okay? I want to play a little bit longer. And your clothes aren't dirty you're such a neurotic guy."

Tanjiro was holding onto Nezuko in an attempt to protect her,
'A temari...! Just a temari thrown by that woman was able to destroy the house to this extent...!' Susamaru looked at Tanjiro and Nezuko,
"AHAHAHA! Found you! Found you!"

Yushiro and Tamayo were a bit to the side and Yushiro was protecting Tamayo, he was staring at Susamaru,
'This woman... is in of Kibutsujis underlings?!' Susamaru raised her arm and threw the ball in her hand. Tanjiro used his body to protect Nezuko, while Yushiro stood up. The temari ball took a sharp turn and changed its direction to hit Yushiro, said male looked down at the ball.

The ball hit Yushiro in the head decapitating him,
"YUSHIRO-SAN!" Nezuko called out from the other side of the room. Tamayo held onto Yushiros headless body. Nezuko looked up at Tanjiro,
"Tanjiro! Carry the unconscious woman in there to a safe place outside!".

Tanjiro ran in the direction of the unconscious lady and Nezuko got up into a fighting stance in front of Tamayo and Yushiro,
"AHAHA! I killed somebody! Hm?" Susamaru inspected Nezukos appearance for a moment,
"The demon slayer with orange hair tips... that's you, right?"
'!! So their target is me' Nezuko turned back to look at Tamayo,
"Tamayo-San! Please get to a place where you are able to hide!"

Tamayo looked down at Yushiros body,
"Nezuko-San, please don't mind us, and carry on with your battle, we will be fine even without your protection. Because we are demons" Susamaru threw a temari ball at Nezuko,
'Even if I avoid that handball, it will still turn towards me!'.

"Water breathing 7th form: Drop wave pattern piercing strike curve" Nezuko lunged her katana forward and stabbed the temari ball,
'Going from the side with the sword in a curving trajectory to pierce the temari ball in order to decrease it's momentum? Hmph.' Susamaru thought as she observed Nezuko.

Nezuko lifted her katana slightly towards her face noticing something odd about the temari ball, she noticed that it was shaking. The temari ball shot itself upwards hitting Nezuko in the face,
'!? How can this temari ball still move?! An unnatural turn occurred as well when it struck Yushiro-San. But this isn't a special curving around ball... what is this...'.

Tamayo was still holding onto Yushiros headless body, fortunately Yushiros head was slowly regenerating back,
"Tamayo-Sama!" Yushiros mouth and nose had finally regenerated,
"I... I said this before haven't I? From the very beginning I told you we shouldn't have any relations with demon hunters! My 'hidden' technique is still imperfect! You know this, don't you?!"

Yushiros head regenerated enough to the point where he was able to sit up, he grabbed a hold of Tamayos hands,
"Just hiding the structure, the presence of beings, and the smell won't wipe away the existence of said being themselves! The more people that are hidden the more the chance of Kibutsuji picking up on the traces we leave behind!" Tamayo just looked down.

"I HATE PEOPLE COMING TO INTERFERE WITH THE TIME YOU AND I SPEND TOGETHER! I HATE IT SO MUCH! CAN'T FORGIVE THEM!",
"AHAHA! WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? SO FUN! SO INTERESTING!" Susamaru took of the top half of her kimono, where there was a dark grey piece of fabric wrapped around her chest.

"I will allow you the glorious death of dying by the hands of the twelve demon moons!"
"Twelve demon moons?" Nezuko questioned,
"They are Kibutsuji's personal servants!" Tamayo called out from behind. 4 extra arms came out of Susamarus torso, now in each hand was a temari ball,
"Now let's play! Until the night ends! Until your life ends!" She then threw all 6 six temari balls at Nezuko, Tamayo and a now fully healed Yushiro.

The 6 six temari balls bounced around the room destroying everything they hit. Tamayo observed the situation trying to think of what to do next,
'If I use my technique here, I'll cause
Nezuko-San to be caught within it... if I want to make Yushiro transform into combat mode, I still need some time to prepare...'
Nezuko was trying to slice open the temari balls to stop them from moving.

That didn't work because the balls still attacked Nezuko,
'If I slice them with my sword, then their power decreases... but even so, they are still able to hit me.' Nezuko jumped dodging a ball about to hit her legs, when suddenly another ball came at Nezuko while she was still in the air.

'Even without striking anything, their trajectories are able to change in mid air!!' Nezuko flipped her body round and stabbed the temari ball. Nezuko looked over to where Tamayo and Yushiro were. They were both heavily injured due to not having anything to protect themselves, but were healing slowly.

'I can't hold any longer... I don't have the chance to cover for other people at all!' Tamayo noticed Nezuko looking in their direction,
"We will recover, don't worry about us!!"
"HEY! STUPID DEMON SLAYER!! IF YOU CAN SEE THE ARROW PATTERNS, YOU WILL KNOW WHICH DIRECTION THEY WILL BE TRAVELING! JUST AVOID THE ARROW PATTERNS!! IF YOU DO THAT, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CHOP OFF THAT TEMARI WOMAN'S HEAD! I'LL LEND YOU MY SIGHT!!"

Yushiro put his hand by his not injured eye and threw a slip of paper at Nezuko which stuck its self to Nezukos forehead,
'I see it! So the temari balls are following the arrow pattern...' Nezuko could now see a bunch of arrows which where connected to the temari balls which where controlling them.

"YUSHIRO-SAN THANK YOU! I CAN SEE THE ARROW PATTERNS NOW!" Nezuko then called out to Tanjiro,
"TANJIRO, ON THE TREE THERE IS ANOTHER DEMON!" Tanjiro ran over to the and spotted the demon that Nezuko mentioned, Yahaba only noticed Tanjiro when he was right next to him and about to kick him.

Susamaru threw a bunch of temari balls at Nezuko, who had moved outside,
'Water breathing 3rd form: Dance of the fast moving current' due to the third form Nezuko was able to get close enough to Susamaru to cut off some of her arms.

Nezuko turned around to face Tamayo,
"TAMAYO-SAN! ARE THESE TWO DEMONS CLOSE TO KIBUTSUJI?!"
"I'm afraid so."
"Then I will definitely take their blood from them!!"
