seungyeon woke up in the middle of the night to get some water, but she was perplexed when she saw minjun's bunk empty. she looked everywhere. in the kitchen, the patio, living room so when she couldn't find him she went to grandma's room.
she knocked on the door, "grandma?"
"mm?"
"where's minjun? i checked the whole house."
"he must be outside," to this, seungyeon just nodded and went outside as advised.
"hey! minjun!"
"shh, the neighbours might wake up," she heard a muffled voice say and furrowed her eyebrows. when she figured out it came from the bin, she sighed and walked over - opening the lid just to find minjun curled up in there.
"what are you doing..."
"i'm a failure. i failed the audition again, my nervousness ruined it all."
seungyeon just shook her head and comforted him, helping him get out and dusting the older off.

on the other hand, haemin was sat in the practice room, trying to guess seungyeon's passcode.

he tilted his head in confusion, "is he in a relationship or something?" however, he just shook it off and kept trying - throwing it to one side on the sofa when it got disabled.
he heard a knock at the door, "come in!" he said.
it was team leader han. and 4 random boys.
"hi haemin. i just wanted to introduce the 4 new substitutes," they all bowed to him.
his breath hitched. he hated it, substitutes, contracts, graduation. 8turn vowed to stay together - but he's scared they'll fall apart after resigning their contracts even though that's what'll make them stay together. he doesn't get the point of the substitutes. if they'll stay together, why need them? he was too attached to his members.
he was scared maybe some of the members would realise how temporary their time is so why stay close? at the end of the day, they were like brothers so, haemin had nothing to worry about right?
he quickly just grabbed seungyeon's phone and bowed back, smiling a little.
"uh hi it's nice to meet you but i'm a bit busy so i have to leave now, sorry." he quickly said as he walked out, clutching the bottom of his jacket.
team leader han sighed after he left, "sorry about him."

haemin's manager (jihyun) quickly ran to the president's office where him and team leader han were - panting as he ran.
he startled the two: "what is it?" the president asked.

after he showed them the tweet, he played the video where k-netz edited their voices to make them sound bad. the malicious comments underneath were visible. the substitutes were sabotaged as antis posted videos of their audition, removing the mr to make them sound bad.
team leader slammed the papers she was holding down on the coffee table in front of her and the president.
"who would come out with this?!"
it was silence for a few minutes before the president spoke up, "i'll do a press conference."
the remaining 3 people looked at him in disbelief.
