I'm currently stuck on a chopper with my lying supposed brother, my friend, and two random people I've never met before in my life. My eyes and throat hurt from screaming and crying so much but that pain is nothing compared to the pain of losing Bumblebee. Every time I close my eyes I hear his pained cries and whines, they haunt me because I know I couldn't do anything to help him.
"So..." Sam starts
"What'd they get you for?" The blond lady askes
"I bought a car... turned out to be an alien robot." Sam answers
"Wow" the African American guy mouths
"So knew?" Sam says awkwardly nodding his head and smiling
"Why're we a the Hoover Dam?" I mumble more to myself as I climb out of the chopper denying Sam's help and we walked up Seymour and as we got closer he slightly covered his dick area while looking at me making me smirk
"I see you got a new outfit, tell me do you still have that Sector Seven wife beater on?" I question
"Hey, kids. I think we got off to a bad start, huh? You must be hungry? Do you want a latte? Hoho? Double venti macchiato?" Seymour offered
"I want my car back," I say glaring at Seymour
"Sweetheart, I need you to listen to me very carefully. People can die here..."
"People can die everywhere what's your point?" I sass stepping forwards a bit
"Careful of her she's got a mean kick and she knows where to aim," Seymour warned the man in the black suit and the man stepped back from me slightly making me smirk
"We need to know everything you kids know. We need to know it now." the man said
"Okay, but first, I'll take my car, my parents," Sam says
"Maybe you should be writing this down." I interject looking at the men and notice the 'captain' and another soldier trying to hold back a chuckle
"Oh, and her juvie record that's gotta be gone. Like, forever." Sam adds making me smile
"Come with me. We'll talk about your car." the man said leading us towards the giant opening of the Hoover Dam and the soldiers follow us
"The man's an extortionist," Seymour mutters as we pass
"Alright, here's the situation... You've all had direct contact with the NBE's." Seymour says
"NBE's?" Epps, as I've found out, questioned
"Non-Biological Extraterrestrials. Try and keep up with the acronyms." Seymour says
"Why don't you just say aliens, bigshot," I ask sarcastically
"Because we don't say that, goldy-locks," Seymour says turning to look at me and we have a stare-off with both of us glaring until Sam stopped us... news flash I won
"What you're about to see is totally classified." the man in the black suit, who I found out is Tom said leading us to a giant transformer who is frozen and looks scarier than watching Mama June doing hot yoga.
"Dear God, what is this?" The head of defense asked staring at 'Megatron?' in horror
"We think when he made his approach over the north pole, our gravitational field screwed up his telemetry. He crashed in the ice probably a few thousand years ago." Seymour answered
"We shipped him here to this facility in 1934" Tom said
"We call him NBE one" Seymour adds
"Well sir, I don't mean to correct you on everything you think you know but that's Megatron, he's the leader of the Decepticons," Sam says
"He's been in cryostasis since 1935. Your great-great-grandfather made one of the greatest discoveries in the history of mankind." Tom said
"Fact is, you're looking at the source of the modern age, the microchip, lasers, spaceflight, cars, all reverse-engineered by studying him. NBE One. That's what we call him." Seymour says challenging Sam
"That's not his name though" I mumble glaring at him
"And you didn't the United States military might need to know that you keep a hostile alien robot frozen in the basement?" the head of defense said in annoyance
"Until these events. we had no credible threat to national security." Tom answered
"Well you got one now." the head of defense said making me have to hold back a chuckle
"So why Earth?" Lennox asked
"It's the All Spark," I answer
"All Spark? What is that?" H.D. (head of defense) asked
"They came here looking for some sort of cube-looking thing. Anyway. NBE One, or Megatron as they call him, pretty much the harbinger of death, wants to use the cube to transform human technology to take over the universe... Imagine that he wants to use your microwave to take of the universe" I say trying to keep myself from laughing and apparently so did Epps and Lennox "That's their plan"
"You're sure about that?" Seymour asks me
"Yeah... you guys know where it is don't you?" I ask
"Follow me," Tom says
"Yes, sir" I mutter
"You're about to see our crown jewel," Seymour says as we enter a small brick room giving us a fall view of the cube
"Carbon dating puts the Cube here around 10,000 BC. The first Seven didn't find it until 1913. They knew it was alien because of the matching hieroglyphics on the cube as well as NBE One. President Hoover had the dam built around it four football fields thick of concrete. A perfect way to hide its energy from being detected by anyone or any alien species on the outside." Tom said
"Wait, back up. You said the dam hides the Cube's energy. What kind of energy?" Maggie asked (blond lady)
"Good question," Tom said before taking us to a dark room and a glass box in the center
"Please step inside. They have to lock us in." Tom explains
"What's that Freddy Krueger done been up in here or something?" Epps asks as both he and I stare at three claw marks embedded in the cement wall
"Oh, no man. Freddy Krueger has four blades, man. That's only three. That's Wolverine!" Glen says making both Epps and I roll our eyes "Right? That's Wolverine!"
"That's very funny!" Seymour says in an unamused tone
"Very funny," I say with a mock smile
"Anybody have any mechanical devices? Blackberry? Key alarm? Cell phone?" Seymour asks
"I got a phone," Glen says is helpful for the first time this entire debrief
"Nokia's, are really nasty. You've got to respect the Japanese. They know the way of the samurai." Seymour says
"Nokia's from Finland." Maggie correctly making me have to stifle a laugh
"Yes, but he's, you know, a little strange. He's a little strange." H.D. said making me chuckle slightly
"We're able to take the cube radiation and funnel it into that box," Seymour says pointing a laser at Glen's phones and the phone turned into a tiny transformer
'Huh, nice to see they're already doing the Decepticons work for them.' I sarcastically think to myself watching the little demon try to break the glass
"Uh, Glen I don't think you're getting your phone back," I mumble to the man
"Mean little sucker, huh?"
"That thing's freaky," Maggie says as it charges at her
"Kind of like the itty-bitty Energizer Bunny from hell, huh?" Seymour says
"You are seriously screwed up in the head, you know that right?" I say to him causing him to roll his eyes at me and shock the transformer to death
"Gentlemen, they know the cube is here," H.D. says and I overhear Tom talking about how NBE One's chamber has lost power
"Oh, this can't be good," I mumble as the soldiers' load guns until the lights flicker
