The clashing sound of heels colliding against the concrete ground piqued the interest of three highly respected individuals. They hadn't expected to hear from them so soon which caused the three men's curiosity to grow. They were all sitting on their thrones with different expressions dawned on their faces.

The man on the left seems to have a permanently heartbroken frown, which gives the assumption that he's given up with no hope left in his mind for him to keep fighting. The individual next to him seems to have quite the opposite look, with an insane grin plastered across his face. His eyes focused on the door, waiting for whomever it was to come and give him some information.

As for the last man, his light blonde hair made his crimson-red eyes become even more vibrant. His expression was an easy giveaway that he was annoyed, with his scowl and narrowing eyes intimidating everyone enough that they would avoid eye contact with him.

Which did make a lot of sense, since these three men had a reason for the respect they were given. Within the world of the supernatural, they weren't just original vampires whose names had gotten around. They were well known of course for their cruel and vindictive ways, but I guess it's a way to set an example to the rest of the vampires of what the consequences can be if they do not follow the rules.

After all, they were the kings.

The Volturi.

The grand wooden doors open and in walks a blonde woman whose steps become slower as she gets closer to the three kings. She wasn't stupid when she heard the news involving the Cullen family and right away, she knew she would have to tell the three men.

"Masters." She bows before standing up straight, her hands behind her back wanting to get this meeting done with as soon as she could.

"Ah, Raine dear what a pleasant surprise to see you back so soon" Aro stands up from his throne and takes a couple of steps towards the women.

Raine nod her head "I understand your confusion, however, as soon as I arrived, I found some information that I thought you would like to hear straight away."

After the situation with Edward Cullen wanted to end his life because of a human he thought was his mate had died. The trust between the two covens had loosened. The Volturi was very serious when it came to the topic of mates, however, when Marcus saw no golden bond between the Edward and Bella, he knew that they were not mates.

Even though the Cullen boy had cut things off with the human the kings were still wary of their coven. This is why Raine was tasked with going to Forks to ensure the Cullen's were still abiding by their laws.

Aro holds his hand out in front of Raine "Allow me?" he questions but everyone in the room knew it was an order.

Raine puts her hand in the king's and allows him to see her memories and what information she had found which caused her to come back so early.

Aro gasps and lets go of the woman's hand "Oh my.."

"Thank you, dear. You are free to go. We will call for you. If your assistants is required." Aro says still trying to understand what he had seen through Raine's memories.

"Of course, Master" Raine bows again with a nod of her head in respect for the other two kings before leaving.

Once the doors close shut Aro turns towards his brothers with an uncertain expression "We have matters to discuss."

Caius rolls his eyes "What have the Cullen's done now." He hisses in annoyance.

"Surprisingly this time it wasn't the Cullen who have done anything, in fact young Bella is not as innocent as she pretends to be," Aro confesses sitting back down on his throne.

Caius scoffs "She was never innocent. A brat is more of a correct way to describe the mortal." It didn't take much to notice how much the blonde king hated the Swan girl.

Marcus sighs "Can you just say what has happened." With his mate being killed years ago the pain of a broken heart never left the man like a painful reminder of what he had lost.

"Celeste Swan" Aro states with a small frown "Bella Swan's twin sister."

"Another one." Caius huffs crossing his arms over his chest.

"Let me finish brother." Aro continues "It appears that the twin has suffered at the hands of Bella, their mother, and stepfather." The king couldn't help but feel overprotective of the swan girl.

Marcus kept repeating the young girl's name in his mind, it only took seconds for the bond to appear, but it wasn't just with him. He saw how Celeste had already connected with three of the members of the Cullen family with sibling and parental bonds.

The broken man couldn't help but blurt out "Is she all right?" he questions concerned for his soul niece and the injuries she may have.

The other two kings turn towards the brother and raise an eyebrow at the worried in his eyes for a stranger whose twin has caused a lot of problems in their world.

"From what Raine had saw, she is out of the hospital and back home with her father as Bella was arrested." Aro furrows his eyebrows.

"Marcus, is there a reason for the raw emotion you are showing for this human and as to why I feel protective of her?"

Aro had saw the shift in his brother's eyes when he announced Celeste's name, just by the girls name it seems to have woken the man from his grieving, as if he had another reason to live for again.

"At least I'm not going crazy." Caius mumbles thinking the number of years on the throne had finally gone to his head for feeling different emotions for the human Swan girl.

"Celeste Swan has a sibling connection with Jasper Hale Cullen, Alongside Rosalie and Emmett Cullen who have a parental connection," Marcus explains. "But that is not all..."

"...All three of us have a bond with her too. That is why you have the urge to protect her Aro since you saw how bad her injuries were. The bond is pushing us to protect her. Caius, you are still feeling similar things as the bond was slipped into place, when her name was said."

"So, you are saying we have a niece?" Aro questions his brother still in shock at the news.

"Indeed, we do."

"YES!" the blonde king yells in excitement "I'm going to be her favourite." He declares.

Aro bits his bottom lip at the realization "she was hurt..."

"By that Brat!" Canis clenches his fists together so hard his skin starts to crack.

"DEMETRI" Aro calls out causing the whole room to shake. It wasn't long before a younger man enters through the doors.

"You called for me? Masters?" He questions, he had just gotten back from a mission and didn't expect to be requested so quickly again.

"Yes, that is correct, I apologize for calling you since I understand you have just returned." Aro respectfully confesses to one of the members of his coven. He did feel bad for not giving the man a break, but this just cannot wait, and he was the only vampire with the ability to track people.

Demetri nods his head with a small smile "Of course Master. It is no problem."

"However, this is very personal for us and we require this done as fast as possible."

"Who do you need me to find?"

"Bella Swan. Her mother and stepfather."
