Hello readers ^^

Hang on. I need to get my words flowing.

Okay, so I'll try to be as frank as possible. I'm kind of struggling a bit to get back to the story after leaving it for a while. (⁠•⁠ ⁠▽⁠ ⁠•⁠;⁠)

I do try to write at least a chapter a month (which isn't all that often either), but I understand if the story is... kind of falling bland? With a bit of lack of direction? Idk how to explain it.

It's not that I don't have anything planned for the future. I do have a ton of notes outlining where I wanted the story to go, but I'll admit that it's a bit hard to recreate the flow I wanted to in the past.

Also, I'm kind of feeling like I made the Inazuma arc of my story a bit too lengthy? I'm not sure if others felt the same way. I'll try to cut down and edit the events there so it's not as boring. ^^"

And... I'll try to continue writing future chapters. I can't promise on updating faster, but I will most definitely update. I started this story with a resolve to finish it so I'm gonna finish it. (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠)°.•

Tbh with how much I change the fanfic, the best time to read it would be when it's completely finished, but I appreciate the people who read each chapter as I upload it. So thank you so much if you're reading this A/n.

If there's anything you'd like to see in the future, or anything you think could be better in the story written so far, do let me know. I'll feel more confident writing this story if I know more about what my target audience wants and is hoping for.

And... that's all. Hopefully I can get back into the flow of this story soon, and publish chapters worth publishing again. Once again, thank you for bearing with me <3

Additional, slightly more personal note:

I know I'm only known here as an author on Wattpad who writes a Scaramouche fanfic, but this book was something that I picked up during the two years I was preparing for my college exams (which are mostly over now btw. The ones that are left aren't as important bc I've found a good college :D) and had to set aside the actual things I wanted to create.

Genshin's always been a work-friendly game so it was easy to find a place in this community and write a book on it. With that said, writing fanfiction is not my forte and I plan to make my own kind of content in the future. (I will finish this book tho dw. Just can't promise to make more ffs.)

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to advertise myself here, but I'll announce where I'll be in the future so you don't just have me disappear. ^^
