Aakash woke up from his deep slumber and looked around his surrounding, his eyes widened after remembering the show he had put infront of the hospital. Shaunit was sitting right infront of him but his back was facing aakash, so he plan to sneak out quietly. Don't blame him, he was embarrassed of his stunt. He was sneaking on his toes but a voice boomed in office.
Shaunit-" you don't have to be embarrassed. It's okay aur ab koi faida bhi nahi hai pure hospital ko pata chal gaya hai."
Aakash palmed his face and laughed nervously-" I'm not ashamed, it was genuine mistake."
Shaunit-" accha agar tu itna hi bahadur hai to Dr. Oberoi ko bhi samjha hi dega. That it was genuine mistake."
Aakash widened his eyes and sat beside shaunit, he whispered to him-'' will he scold me?"
Shaunit-" tu kya panch saal ka baccha hai jo tujhe datenge."
Aakash-" nahi wo bohot scary dikhte hai na. Waise to calm hai par gussa naak pe baitha hota hai."
Shaunit gave him amusing look-" aisi baat hai kya? Mai unse puch lunga ki kyu darate hai."
Aakash didn't took it as a joke, he knew how close they were-" yaar had ho gayi, mai kuch bhi bolu aap blackmail karne lag ja rahe ho."
Shaunit laughed-" majak kar raha tha."
Aakash looked around-" sab kaha hai."
Shaunit-" round pe gaye hai."
Aakash nodded that's when his eyes went towards windows, it was dark outside-" ek minute, itna andhera kyu hai."
Shaunit-" raat ko andhera hi hota hai."
Aakash gasped loudly and dramatically. Shaunit looked at him with shock, what made the boy so worried.
Aakash-" raat kab huyi? Mai kitni der soya tha?"
Shaunit-" pure din matlab 12 ghante se bhi jyada."
Aakash whispered-" kaise?"
Shaunit-" you are night incharge today."
Aakash-" i mean- how can I sleep whole day?"
Shaunit gave him a confusing look but before he could say something aakash went from there.
Aakash was walking god knows where while asking himself the same question again and again..
Aakash-" how come I slept so peacefully. How is it even possible."
His eyes widened when he saw ray standing there, memories of him being a weird human came like a flash. He gasped while covering his mouth, did he really said that things to him. He tip-toed and left from there silently. Aakash came to mayank's office, closed the door and screamed loudly scaring the shit out of mayank. Thankfully only mayank was present at that time. He jumped of his seat startled.
Mayank-" kya hai? Kyu chilla raha hai?"
Aakash-" no, i mean- how could I say something like that to him?"
Mayank sighed, he got an idea what he was talking about. Aakash started to blabbering about how embarrassed he is.
Aakash-" oh god that was so shameful how will I face him again. Wait- mai kyu face karunga use. Samajhta kya hai wo khud ko. Koi hero hai kya. How dare he made me sleep."
