Class was finally over and me and Hudson walked out of class together. I hold his hand because he was starting to became paranoid again. He never really told me what's wrong, but I didn't push him. He's been wearing baggy clothes. His eyes had dark circled around them.
We walked down the halls and we seen that guy that hurt my back. His face was bruised and his black eyes still hadn't went away. Hudson breath hitched and he clutched my hand. I looked at Brody I think his name is, and quickly look down once he looked up at us.
Once we meet up with the others I see River looking Hudson with a stern look. But Archer looked at him with concern and was deep in thought. He looked so sadden. Wanting to know what's wrong with him?
"Lunch time!" Callum pumped his fist and then took Nala's hand in his. Miles cheered and Bondi smiled at the boy.
"Okay so, four in each car. I'll take Miles and Bondi and Archer takes Hudson, River and Mason. Cool?" We nodded and I walked with Hudson and Archer with River holding my hand. River walked to the passenger seat but I tugged her hand. I look up at her, leaning my chin on her stomach.
"Sit with me." I pouted, making her smile and cup my cheek. "Okay, bunny." We sat in the back seats and Hudson sat in the front. The middle seat was still open so it left a space between me and River.
Why is she so far away?
I hold her hand and run my thumb over the back of it. She has pretty hands. I played with her fingers and rings. I should get her a bracelet. She has some. Some looked hand made and some had pretty silver and white beads.
"River." Hudson asked in a soft voice and River immediately turned to him. They have a special bond that really no one can break. They all have a special bond. I hope me and her have a bond.
She nodded telling him to ask. She interlocked our fingers making me smile. "I was thinking...can you give me a tattoo?" I seen River's eye light up. She loves tattooing she always tells me.
She smirked. "I though this day would never come. You getting the butterfly?" Hudson shrugged.
"Should I?"
"Of course we've been waited but you're a scaredy-cat." He rolled his eyes but smiled a bit. Then he looked at me.
"You should get the butterfly." I looked as River showed me her wrist. It was so pretty. "They all have one. We should get it. Please." He smiled.
That's actually the first time he smiled in a while.
"Okay. Is it going to hurt?"
"A little. But I'll do it so you can tell me when to stop." She smiled and brushed my hair out of my face. I nodded. A matching tattoo. I laid my head back because I can't lay on her shoulder.
