A couple of weeks passed away. Everyone got quite busy in their lives. For Avu, now her whole life revolved around her bhayia bhabhi's last sign. She had become very responsible just in these few days. That childish girl had changed a lot but she is making every single effort to not let Hazel's innocence, and childishness go away this soon. Sid and Akshit were there for her every time she needed them. She was thankful to God for at least having priceless and extremely supportive friends like these two. They always held her back. They both have decided not to bring up Abhinavi's topic in front of them till not required.
Today Avu was working in her cabin. Akshit was on the same floor. When someone came and informed Akshit boss wanted to see him.
Akshit: Thanks. I will be there
He met the boss and came back almost after half an hour. Lunch break had just started and everyone was leaving for having their lunch and rest for some time. Akshit looked quite happy and he went to Avu.
Akshit: Avni I need to share something with you
Avu: Abhi nhi Akshu. I need to leave. Hazel ka school time over hone wala hai. I need to get her
She said picking her stuff in a hurry.
Akshit: I just need two minutes Avi. Ek bohot achhi news hai...
Avu: (cuts him) Sorry yrr. Abhi nhi. For now I need to go
She rushed out quickly. Akshit sighed. His also excitement went away.
: Hii
He heard someone from behind. He recognized the voice and turned around.
Akshit: Hii Siddharth. Tu kab aaya?
Sid: Bass abhi. Just came to check Avi free hai ya I should get Hazel
Akshit: She left already. You are late bro
Sid: Oh okk. Then we can go for lunch I guess
Akshit: Okk
Akshit: (in mind) Jab aayegi tab bata doonga
They both left for lunch. After lunch, Akshit went to Avu's cabin. She was feeding Hazel.
Akshit: Hi Hazel
Hazel: Hello uncle
She said waving her hand happily at him. He sat opposite avu and forwarded a chocolate to Hazel. She giggle taking it. Hazel was sitting at the table.
Akshit: Hnn to Avu mein tumhe bata raha tha ki...
Avu: (cuts him) Mein isse sula doo. Fir baat karte hai araam se. Okk?
Akshit: Umm okk
Avu packed the lunch box and made Hazel sleep.
Avu: Hnn ab bolo kya baat hai?
Akshit: Nhi tum pehle khaana khaalo. I know you haven't also eaten anything
Avu: Arre it's okk. Tell na
Akshit: Nhi pehle tum khaana finish karo
He said opening her lunch box and keeping it in front of her.
Avu: Okk fine
She finished her lunch and lunchtime got over.
Avu: Lagta hai hume shaam ko hi time milega. Actually mujhe aaj ek important file complete karni hai. Aur shaam tak I need to submit it. Kal ek bohot important meeting hai. So we can talk in the evening
Akshit: Okk
Akshit left for his cabin and Avu got busy with her work. In the evening, Avu went to submit the file when Akshit was sitting with his boss discussing something.
Avu: May I come in sir?
Boss: Ya sure come. So Akshit you will get your tickets soon. Make all the necessary preparations. This project is extremely important for our company. And you are one of my best employees and I really trust you that's why I have chosen you even at the last moment
Avu was confused listening to him as Akshit didn't share about any project with her.
Avu: Umm sorry I guess I am disturbing you people
Boss: No no it's okk. Actually, Akshit is going for a very important business deal in two days. The employee who was earlier going there backed out last moment because of some family emergency. So I have asked Akshit to go. He has to go to Singapore for two months.
Avu: Oh...that's great. Umm ya here is the file for tomorrow's meeting sir
Boss: Oh ya thanks
He said taking the file.
Boss: That's all Akshit. You can leave
Akshit: Thank you sir
Avu and Akshit came out.
Avu: Ye to bohot achhi news hai na. Ye wahi tumhara dream project tha na jo pehle kisi aur ko mila tha
Akshit: Hnn Avni. It is very great news for me aur mein chahta tha ki ye sabse pehle tumhe pata chale aur mein khud tumhe bataoo. Jaise hi aaj dopahar ko mujhe boss ne bataya I wanted to share with you
Avu: Oh. I am sorry. I should have listened to you
Akshit: It's not like that. Mein tumse gussa nhi hu. I completely understand. You were busy. Tum time pass to kar nhi rhi thi. It's okk
Avu: I am sorry but I am extremely happy for you. Aur mujhe poora trust hai tum par ki tum ye deal bhi crack karoge aur sab tumse bohot impress honge. Aur tumhe promotion bhi zaroor milega
Akshit smiled at her.
Akshit: Tu zyada nhi khush ho rahi ki mein do mahine ke lie tere se door rahoonga?
Avu: Aesa nhi hai yrr. Of course, I am gonna really miss you but ye project kitna important hai tumhare lie wo bhi mujhe pata hai. Aur ye do mahine bohot jaldi nikal jayege I am sure. Then we will be again together as before. Right?
Akshit nodded.
Akshit: Okk if you say so
Avu took Hazel from her cabin and bid bye to Akshit and they left.
