Two months passed like that. Avu was busy during these months. Sid was there with her to help whenever she needed it. Sid and Hazel had bonded really well. He used to take care of her most of the time whenever Avu was busy. They had become really close friends by now. Akshit had successfully cracked the deal and the office was full of his praises. He had done a great job with a lot of hard work.
Now Avu was on call talking to Akshit.
Avu: See I told you right. You will definitely crack this deal. You are such a genius kaise nhi hota?
Akshit chuckled.
Akshit: Hnji madam aur aapka kaha kaise kuch galat ho sakta hai. Tumne bola tha I will crack deal to karna hi tha
Avu: And finally you will be back now. You know how much I am missing you Akshu
Akshit: I know and I miss you too. But kya kare deal bhi important thi na
Avu: Hnn I understand. By the way tum airport se bahar kab tak aa jaooge?
Akshit: Morning mein 9:30 flight land hogi. To approx. 1 hour to lagega hi. 10:30 tak lagale
Avu: Great. To mein kal 9 baje Hazel ko drop karke airport aa jaoongi. The exactly 10 I will reach the airport. I will pick you up
Akshit: Avi tu kyu faaltu mein pareshaan ho rahi hai. Tujhe office bhi to jaana hai na. Mein taxi lekar ghar chala jaoonga. Shaam ko I can come tumse aur Hazel se mil ne tab tak office time bhi over ho jayega
Avu: Nopes. Mujhe aana hai. 2 months ho gaye tumhe mile. Mein tumhe lene kal pakka aaoongi. You will see me waiting for you outside the airport as soon as you reach. I promise. Aur office se I will take half day tomorrow
Akshit: Okk great. Kal finally we will meet alone after 2 months long wait. Ab to I am even more excited to come back
Avu: Achha Hazel so rahi thi and I guess she woke up. To I have to go
Akshit: Ya sure. Mein bhi packing karloo complete. Raat ko flight hai to I need to check out soon
Avu: Hnn okk flight take off se pehle ping me
Akshit: Ya sure. Will do. Apna aur Hazel ka dhyaan rakhna tum
Avu: Hnn tum bhi apna dhyaan rakhna. Bye
They hung up the call and got busy with their work. Both the young lovers were extremely excited to meet each other finally after a long wait of two months. They were eagerly waiting for this night to pass away.
The next morning, Avu excitedly woke up and got ready. Then she went to Hazel and asked her to wake up.
Avu: Hazel wake up bacha. We need to go. Dekho late ho jaayega
Hazel woke up rubbing her eyes. Avu quickly made her ready and served a light breakfast on the dining table.
Avu: Chlo breakfast karlo quickly
Hazel was a bit lazy and awfully quiet today.
Avu: Kya hua bacha? You alright?
Hazel nodded her head.
Avu: Pakka?
Hazel: Hmm
They had breakfast and Avu checked everything one last time.
On the other hand, Akshit reached India and collected his luggage.
Akshit's P.O.V.
Finally, I will meet her after two long months. I only know how I passed this time, how much I missed her. But now we will be together again. I just can't wait to see her now.
P.O.V. ends
He came out of the airport in excitement to see her. His eyes were eagerly longing to see her. He was about to call when her name appeared on the screen. He quickly picked it up. He didn't even wait for her to speak.
Akshit: Hii Avni. Kaha ho tum? I reached and I am waiting for you outside the airport. Tum kaha ho?
Avu: Actually I am not there
Akshit: Huh? You didn't reach yet? Traffic zyada hai kya?
Avu: Nhi aesa nhi hai. Actually, I couldn't come. Mein nhi aa rahi airport
Akshit: Kya?
All his excitement vanished.
Akshit's P.O.V.
Agar nhi aana tha to kehti hi nhi yrr. Mein to taxi se aa hi raha tha. I knew you must be busy.
P.O.V. ends
Avu: Hello Akshit. You there?
Akshit: Hnn hnn yahi hu
Avu: I am really sorry Akshit
Akshit: It's okk Avni I understand. Office is important
Avu: Nhi Akshit mein office mein nhi hu
Akshit: To fir?
Avu: Actually ghar se nikalne se just pehle Hazel ne vomit kar dia. So I came to the hospital
Akshit: Oh. She is alright na?
Avu: Hnn wo doctor ne bola it's normal. Koi darne wali baat nhi hai. Kuch medicines prescribe ki aur rest karne bola
Akshit: Okk to mein aese karta hu taxi lekar wahi aa jaata hu
Avu: Nhi it's okk. Tum abhi abhi aaye ho. You must be really tired. Aur sab normal hi hai. Aur Sid aa gya tha waise bhi to help me. Tum filhaal ghar jaakar rest karlo
Akshit: Pakka?
Avu: Hnn
Akshit: Okk. Koi need ho to just call me
Avu: Ya. Bye
She hung up the call.
Akshit's P.O.V.
Finally, tumhe poore do mahine baad dekhna tha. Ab wo bhi nhi dekh paaoonga. Aur jab tak Hazel poori tarah theek nhi hogi tum office bhi nhi aaoogi. Par chalo ab kya kar sakte hai.
P.O.V. ends
He sighed sadly and took a taxi and left.
In hospital
Sid went to buy medicines. Avu was sitting with Hazel.
Avu's P.O.V.
I was so excited to see you Akshu finally after two months. I would have dropped you home. Long drive and just us after a long time. But I guess God doesn't want me to be happy this soon. Abhi to office mein bhi nhi mil paayenge ku h din ke lie.
P.O.V. ends
She sighed sadly. Sid came and they all left for home.
