It had been a month since they had got back together and Rory had organised a meal at Amy's favourite restaurant with all their friends and family.

After everyone had finished Rory stood up and took Amy's hand, pulling her up as well.

"Amy, you are the most amazing person I have ever met, and I love you more than anything".

"Rory what are you doing?"

He smiled and got down on one knee taking out a ring from his pocket, "will you marry me?"

Amy looked around at everyone who had their cameras and their phones out before looking back at Rory and tearing up, running out of the restaurant.

Half an hour later Rory arrived home and found Amy sitting on the sofa. He went over to her and sat down next to her. "I'm sorry if I rushed into this too fast Amy, but you didn't have to leave me hanging like that".

She looked at him, "it wasn't that you rushed into it too fast, of course I want to marry you".

"Then why did you run off?"

"Because everyone was there, taking pictures, expecting me to say yes, and it was all just too much, I am so sorry for running out like that Rory, I wanted to say yes, but the pressure got to me."

"I get it" he stood up and got down on one knee again, "this time, it's just you and me here, no one taking pictures, it's entirely up to you what you say, I don't mind either way, I just want you to be happy". He took the ring out again, "Amy, will you marry me?"

She looked at him for a few seconds before smiling, "yes".
