"I want to show you something." Neteyam smiled pulling Tatia up from the ground from where she had sat against his chest with his family. She didn't question it and grasped his hand in hers as he led them towards the Omatikaya musicians.
"Yo, Zaziou!" Neteyam called out to a man on the drums around his age. "Yo what's up my man." Zaziou laughed, doing a handshake. "Eywa, I can't believe you have all this as well as the forest to yourself now, not to mention being Telua Embakun's mate." Neteyam smirked down at Tatia, his ego rising.
"I'm Zaziou." The man introduced, bowing his head. "I see you, Telua Embakun, it is a pleasure." "Lovely to meet you. I see you two know each other well." Tatia questioned, wrapping her arm around Neteyam's waist.
The warrior next to her smiled. "Yeah, we were best friends back in the forest." "Don't forget about me." From behind, another man the same age came up behind Neteyam, slapping him on the back.
He had a similar build to Neteyam, tall, lean but muscular whereas Zaziou was more skinny and didn't look like the warrior type due to his body jewelry and style on clothing which was like Kiri but as a boy.
The newer man looked towards Tatia and bowed to his knee and lowered his head. "Telua Embakun-" "Please get up." Tatia sniffled a laugh. "I don't like all this bowing and 'it's a pleasure to meet you' I'm just the same as you are."
"Alright then. I'm Ben." "Ben?" Tatia questioned, realising it was a human name and when she looked down he had five fingers. "My mother is an Avatar but she isn't here tonight. It was Toruk Makto's order that all Avatar's stayed back at the forest out of respect."
