Chapter 17: Awkwardness

-Hiccup's POV-

I fluttered my eyes open as the ray of the sun meets my sleepy eyes. I looked over to the other side of my bed and found a sleeping Astrid.

She looked adorable, although Merida's face would have been more neat.. I giggled at the Astrid in front of me.

She looked cute nevertheless. Even though she looks grumpy she still made it to the cutie's gate.

"Astrid.." I called her in a whispering voice.  I wanted to wake her up but I couldn't bring myself to it. She looked so at peace that I couldn't bear to ruin such a moment so I got out of bed on my own

I forgot to bring clothes with me along the way, I'll just give some of our helpers a call.. might as well ask for some clothes for girls.

I walked over to Astrid hoping to find at least a clue about her clothes sizes. I looked at her clothes and found the size of her top. I didn't find the size of her bottoms.. geez..

What if I just give her a dress? She fitted Mer's clothes.. well old clothes but a little bit more slim and her waist sure is thinner that Merida's.. okay that'll do.

I called from home, "Hello? Yes this is Hiccup.. could you please bring me some clothes? And a girl stuffs too like pant-... You know and some for uh bra's.." I said, I feel my face heat up

"Oh, and a dress as well.. size **!" I informed them

"W-what..? Sorry but I can't get her Panties size and Bra size!" I yelled, I can feel my face heat up out of embarrassment

"Y-yeah! That's all. Thank you" I said before ending the call..

I looked around and checked on Astrid before leaving. I went over to my Mom's room and to my surprise SHE'S AWAKE!

"Mom!" I yelled as I burst inside hugging her.. "Hiccup! Where am I?" She asked looking around the unfamiliar room she is in

"You're in the Hospital.. turns out you have.. Stroke" I said hesitantly

"W-what?" She asked din surprise, she was as stiff as a rock

"We don't know the cause but the doctors believe it was because of stress" I explained

"Oh.. I understand" she said in a depressed tone

"I'm sorry Mom, but I promise you we'll get through this!" I said as she smiled at me

"Hiccup..?" I hear Astrid call, Mom doesn't know that Astrid's here! She'll be really happy if she finds out! "Mom guess what!" I said.

"What?" She asked in confusion barely looking at me because Astrid's footsteps are coming closer and closer

"As-" before I could even say it Astrid came yawning as she made her way inside not noticing that Mom's awake

"Astrid!?" Mom called out

When Astrid heard Mom's call she paused for a moment and shifted her gaze to Mom before making a reaction
