-Hiccup's POV-
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, is that.." Ruffnut asked
"Yup! Astrid" Heather simply respond
"You knew, didn't you?" I asked
She grinned before giving me a nod, of course she knew, "Hey Brother! It's nice to know that you're friends with my lil sis?" Dagur, suddenly butted in
"Yeah.." I laughed
"Hello" Astrid's voice echoed through my ears as she came and greeted everyone, and to everyone's surprise, she was wearing a beautiful white gown making her look like a bride, worse she's the only person wearing white!
The gown that she was wearing fitted her well, it also had these long fishnet-like designs that glided on the ground. Her downer part was a bit floofy and had glitters or pixels on it making it shine as the chandelier hit it with its light as it reached the fancy floor gliding along with her other long design. I gave her a set so I know she must be wearing her 2 inch heels that had some blue on it and in the middle, it had a gem, at the back was a blue ribbon and there is a white heel strap and a pearl anklet for added design.
Her hair was in an up and down style that had a very beautiful design at the back with its mini braids matching it with her blue accessory that has a gem-like design.
"Hi, Astrid! You look, uh-" Tuff tried, looking for the right word
"breathtaking" I finished, mumbling
They all looked at me, then her Mom asked "Who.. are you again, dear?"
"Wa-wait! Astrid, you're the only one wearing white, and you look like a bride.. are you getting married!?" Tuffnut freaked out
"Uh-, Hiccup?" She called, upon hearing my name, her face lit up and her eyes sparkled
"You're, Hiccup? As in like, Hiccup, Hiccup?" She asked repeatedly
"Yes..?" I replied, unassuringly.
"So you're my daughter's boyfriend!" She exclaimed in excitement
"I'm her what?" I asked, surprised by her sudden words
Astrid laughed awkwardly, "Mom, how many times do I have to tell you, he is not my boyfriend!" She scolded
"Oh?" She blurted out in a tone, she then looked back at me then looked at Merida
"Right! You have a girlfriend! Or do you..? I mean of course you do! You're probably planning to propose to her, that is why you gifted Astrid a white gown and made sure she'd stand out! And she.. must be your mistress?" She continues to explain, Astrid on the other hand face palmed and turned bright red out of embarrassment
"I mean it's the only explanation! Clearly, Astrid is the one wearing white! You even gifted it to her!" Her Mom insisted
"Wait, Hiccup gifted you a gown? What is going on!?" Heather asked in confusion
