Chapter 24: Mercy Served

The next day, we executed our plan. Everyone was in their positions, Hiccup and I already looked for some clues and evidence. It took us a few days but I think that this is more than enough to make him pay for his sins. They've also managed to get Anna out safely, everyone in Arendelle is searching for her and her kidnappers.

"Elsa.. it's time to show your people who's in the wrong" I stated, she stood up confidently and looked like a real Queen. "I know, Anna and I.. we will surely make him pay. And I will take back what's mine." She said in a determined tone

We went out of the house and into the castle's front gates. "Lower your weapons!" Elsa ordered, in our background are her people looking disturbed

"Listen, people of Arendelle, I am your Queen, I am back and I am ready to take back what's mine." She said with confidence, Hans on the other hand made his way out with his soldiers.

"Hans, you are hereby needed in court, and as Queen I will be the judge as the tradition says." Elsa stated, "Queen Elsa, you made me King of your land." He responded arrogantly

"You are so cocky, do you know why, I, your Queen never came and officially crowned him? That is because I never gave him my title nor permission to make decisions for Arendelle, small or large!!" Elsa pointed out

"But I have done such a wonderful thing, look at my people.. happy" Hans argued back with a smirk. "Liar, you don't even know that he's planning on selling parts of Arendelle, little by little! He even abused my little sister!" Elsa argued back

Jack tried to calm her down, knowing that their argument would last longer than a year I decided to step up and speak. "People of Arendelle, why don't you believe your Queen? She is telling the utmost truth! He will ruin your kingdom! You must step up against him!" I yelled, "He's done so much while our own Queen left us here!" A villager yelled.

"Then, see for yourself! Today, let's go to the court and all of you will be the judge! Someone is going to be the representative of the villagers and once made a decision, your representative will announce who is in the wrong and who is in the right!" Hiccup then announced, people started whispering. "Sure, I have the best lawyers, no worries" Hans said confidently

"You'll regret messing with us" I mumbled under my breath. "Alright then, who is your representative?" Hiccup asked, they then pushed this blonde boy with freckles, and it looks like he has a pet reindeer. "M-me?" He asked pointing right at himself, the villagers nodded and he sighed out of defeat before walking towards the hall.

After 24 minutes, we were able to set everything and is ready, the other party was the same, so the hearing started. "Alright, Atty. Ingerman, the representative of Queen Elsa, will start with the questions. Sir Hans, please step up here and make your vow." The judge announced

After the vow, Fishlegs' Uncle started questioning. "Mr. Hans, to start things off, you are the legal husband of her highness, Princess Anna, am I correct.?" He asked

"Yes" Hans answered, "And you love her dearly?" He asked once more. Hans answered with a yes as always, he answered a yes multiple times, until the evidence came up, "If your answers are true as you say, tell me, why is it that you abused Princess Anna." Attorney Ingerman stated, "I did not do su-" before Hans could even answer back Atty. Ingerman cut him off "There is proof of my claims, if I may show you your honor, the pictures taken by Princess Anna's elder sister, also known as Queen Elsa" Atty. Ingerman said once more, "Uh, sure" Kristoff, our judge, responded.
