      Amber’s
POV:

                    I found
myself in the hospital as I woke up. Eva was with me. Right now doctor is checking
me. she said, “you look fine.. the injuries will be healing…take care of
yourself.. your discharge papers are done.. you can go home.”

    As the doctor left, Edward walks in. I
didn’t talked to anyone or him. He just arrived now, while Eva was with me all
the time. He walks in and sat near the bed.

   He asked, “how are you feeling?”

    I looked down and tears fell, I feel so
lonely and what happened yesterday was even more to endure, it brought my
memories back… I got bullied a lot when I was kid…

       I whispered, “I hate you…” I looked at
him and said in tears, “ you… you are mean to me…. I told you, they will bully
me…. don’t send me to college… but-but.. you never listen….” I was crying like
a kid and chocking on my own tears, I added, “you are m-mean…. You always scold
me….. I.. I know nobody wants me….. d-don’t pretend….” I started crying as I
covered my face with my hands… I couldn’t keep it in… I whispered, “i… I hate…
being bullied….”

   I felt him pulling me to himself, I was in
his arms crying into his chest. He said, “don’t cry… I promise I will punish
them…. no one will bully you again…” I separated from him and looked at him
still sniffing.

   He wiped my tears and said, “who said nobody
wants you?... no one said this… Aunt Linda loves you… I am your friend…. Bad
things happens let’s not jump into conclusion…” I know he is saying this as to
make me feel good. I was still sniffing.

    Eva smiled and said, “yes… kid… you are the
best kid I ever saw, we are also friends right?” she walked to me and sat
beside me on the bed. She cupped my cheeks and said, “ok… from now… I am your
big sis… ok?.. don’t cry.. do you want me to be hit women to handle those
bullies? I will do that for you again..”

    I whispered, “don’t.. kill anyone… you said
you are happy without killing…” she was shocked… she smiled, her eyes filled in
tear. Did I said something wrong?... she hugged me and said, “you are really
the best…. Now, let’s not cry… let’s take you home. We will get something to
eat in the way….” she was patting my head as I was trying not to cry. she
appears cool and cold but now she is the softest to me…

    Edward was still holding my hand and he
said, “let’s go then…” he smiled lightly, he looks good when he smiles…. But he
is mean sometimes.

    We heard a knock, Edward got up and opened
the door, I saw Masson. Edward asked rudely, “why are you here?”

   Masson just said, “I am here to see Amber…”
I whispered, “Come in…”

     Edward didn’t looked happy. Masson passed
me the flowers and said, “are you good now?” he smiled.

    I said, “thanks for yesterday….” Masson
just said, “I usually help everyone.. don’t say thanks..” he then said, “can we
be friends now..”

   I thought for a moment and said, “ok…”
Edward said, “Amber we need to go home… Masson, you can leave..” why  is he so rude?

    Masson got awkward. He said, “ok… bye… get
well soon.. see you later… ah! This is my number.. he passed me a chit…” he
walked out…  As Masson left Eva said, “he
has a crush on you..” I got red.. I said, “no!!” Eva just grinned… I said, “… I
never talk to him….”

    Edward said, “stop this useless things… we
need to go…” he looks really mad all of a sudden…

        Edward dropped me home, he took me in
my room as he was helping me walk, I can walk but he is still supporting me.

   As I sat on the bed, he said to the head
maid, “make some food for her…”

  I whispered, “I am not that hungry…. I just
want juice.” The maid looked at me and said, “yes, miss.”

    Edward was about to leave when I said,
“can… can you stay… I am bored.” He said as he turned to me, “I wasn’t
leaving….. I was just getting the chair.” He said this coldly, he is always
like this.. emotionless… but he comforted me earlier.

   He sat in front of me and said, “you want to
do something… if you are bored.. I can bring you a sketch pad if you want to
draw….” I nodded. he patted my head and went to the table and got my things.

   I just looked at the paper blankly, he
asked, “what happened?” I said as I looked down, “I don’t know what to draw…”

     I added, “I… will think something…” he
nodded, he went out of the room. Is he leaving?... then he walked in with his
ipad and pen. He said, “don’t mind, I need to check some documents.” I nodded.

   He got busy by himself. how cold?... we use
to talk when I was young. Wait… should I draw him?

   I started sketching, I got busy by myself……
