  Amber’s
POV:

                  I opened my eyes as I realized I was not in
mansion. I remembered last night, I asked him to take me with him, I was scared
and lonely. I sat up and realized the room is empty, I looked at the clock it’s
9 in the morning… I slept late.

  The door opened and I saw Edward walking in,
he was in this grey v neck shirt and pants, he said, “Amber you awake?... good,
your things are already here, you will be staying here for few days, anyways… I
asked them to renovate the mansion and your room too… since you will be staying
here..”

   He
said, “now get up and get fresh… the breakfast is almost ready…”

 He was about to get out of the door when I
asked, “aren’t you going to office, did I made you late?”

 He said, “I decided to take a off…. I will
show you around the house then…. then we will see….” I nodded, he left the room
as he said, “be fast, Amber.” I smiled, the way he called me ‘Amber’ made feel
warm and somewhat close to him.

   After 20 minutes I was having breakfast with
him, egg sandwich and some fruits….  I
asked, “you.. you made this?” he nodded and kept eating.

    I looked down and said, “sorry….. I really
trouble you a lot… if I am bothering you then I will return to the mansion… you
don’t have to do all this…”

  I noticed he was looking at me with narrowed
eyes, what is he angry? he gets scary when he is angry. he said, “Eva and
Olivia were complaining that you don’t talk much…. But you talk fine with me…
even sound like a stubborn adult… when you are just a teen.”

   I whispered, “I don’t know them…. I saw..
saw you when I was kids… so… it’s easy to talk….” He looked down hiding his
smile, what is funny in it?

    Edward asked, “Amber…. You had a restaurant
job right?... how do you manage there then?”

  I replied, “I was not waiter…. More like
kitchen work….” He nodded, he said, “don’t find a reason and opportunity to
hide… it’s going to make you weaker… you have to face the world on your own one
day….” Does he means when he leaves?... I nodded.

 He added, “things get ugly in life… it’s
nature of life, life doesn’t love everyone equally, someone gets smiles and
some get tears…. but don’t get stuck in it…. there is always a way to improve…
you can do it… not for your mom, your dad or Aunt Linda or me…. for yourself….
You have to be happy for yourself…”

   I just looked at him, he said, “reason why
you are terrified is that you think your world is affected by these meaningless
people who bullies you…. but that’s not everything… you are young talented
beautiful girl…. You can do a lot for yourself… believe in yourself…” he patted
my head and said, “now eat…” I just looked at him.

 After breakfast he showed me the penthouse and
I like this place it’s dark and modern look. Edward’s room is right next to
mine.. he told me there are 3 bedrooms only… but it’s spacious....

   Edward asked, “now… make yourself home… I
need to do some work…” he said this coldly, I don’t understand difference in his
warm and cold.
