Chapter 19

Michael's POV
"I don't fucking get it man ! What does she really expect me to forgive her after she hid the fact that I have a daughter from me for 3 God Damn years ?! Like she left me with not even a goodbye and then the next time I see her she fucking ignores me !" I shout pacing back and forward while venting to ashton . "You have to remember she did this for you and the reason why she probably ignored you Is because she was shocked to see you . I still think you should give her at lease one chance " ashton said with a serious look on his face . he had a point but I'm still not sure I'm ready to Agee with him yet . "And if you won't do it for her do it for lily . It's not easy growing up with out a father i would know " ashton continued . I sat down on the couch next to ash and thought about what he had said . "Guys I'm not home for dinner " luke shouted as he reached out to grab the door handle of the front door . "Where Ya going ?" I asked being a bit nosey . "melody's house because she's my sister in law and family comes first " luke replied walking out the front door .
Luke's POV
I walked over to mel's house but just before I was about to knock on the door I heard crying coming from the backyard so I walked over to the back gate and let myself in. "Mel ?" I asked looking at the girl with makeup all over her face due to crying . "Are you ok ?" I asked walking over and sitting beside her . "Y-y ... No" she cried . I pulled her into a tight hug and told her that everything will end up how it's supposed to be . "i-I know but It's not mine and his relationship that I'm worried about its Lily's and his . I don't want her to grow up with out a father . Luke I grew up with out my father or my mother and I don't want her going through the same thing that i did" she said looking up at me . "Here mel" jess said handing melody a cup of coffee? I guess . "Thanks" mel said sitting up and taking the cup . "Hi Luke" jess said noticing my presence. "Hey" I replied. After a couple of minutes of silence I got up to use the restroom but as I was walking to the restroom I heard Lily cry Out for someone . I quickly ran over to her room . "Lily pad are you ok ?" I asked walking over to her bed and sitting next to her . "I-I had a nightmare !" Lily said sounding frightened . "What was it about ?" I asked curious. "It was about ...
