Chapter 21

Luke's POV
Once Lily was ready we headed out the door and across the street to my house I unlocked the door and let lily inside . I asked Lily if she wanted a drink and she politely replied with a "yes pwease" . So I walked over to the cupboard and grabbed out a glass . I'm then poured some apple juice into the glass . I handed the drink over to lily . Around 2 minutes later I got a text from Ben that said "luke you left your jacket at my place last week (sorry I was ment to text you earlier this week but it's been hectic with work and looking after oliva and josh )" . I quickly replied with a I'll come get it now . i put my phone In my pocket and walking over to Michael's room leaving lily on the couch watching pepper pig . "Hey Mikey can you watch lily ? Im just gonna duck down to ben's to get my jacket " I asked / said walk out of his room and out the front door telling lily I'll be back and to behave for Mikey .
Michael's POV
After luke rushed out of the house I paused my game and headed out into the lounge room to watch tv with my daughter . That feels weird to say . I sat down next to lily . "What you watching lily pad ?" I asked looking down at her . "Daddy it's pepper pig she giggled . "Oh ok ...Wait d-did you just call me daddy ?!" I asked completely shocked. "Yes daddy why ? You are my daddy right ?" She asked giving me a pouty face . "Well yes technically I am" I said confused . "daddy are you going to spend more time with me and mummy ?" She asked her eyes glued to the tv screen . "i-i don't know Lily pad . I mean I want to be apart of your life but I just feel like m... Your mummy doesn't wants that " I said speaking truthfully. "I think mummy wants to spend more time with you because she was crying earlier and saying things like that she wants not only her relationship with you to go well but my relationship with you aswell " lily said still not taking her eyes of the tv . "S-she was c-crying o-over m-me ?" I asked shocked."yep .thats why uncwle lukey brought me here " she said looking up at me then back at the tv . By the end of our conversation I had an over load of thoughts and question in head and decided to go into my room and write down exactly what's going through my head in hopes that it will make me feel better .
