Em was now five months pregnant. She was having a baby boy. Her divorce had been finalized for two months. She requested and was granted a transfer to America. She and Samantha moved back to Georgia, ten minutes away from Sam. It was Saturday morning. Em's phone started to ring.
"Hello?" She said.
"Hi." Sam said.
"Hi."
"Can you get a sitter for Samantha tonight?"
"Yeah." "Why?"
"Wanna go to dinner?"
"Are you asking me on a date?"
"Yeah." "We're about to have two children together." "I think it's time, if you're ready."
"Ok."
Later that night Em was putting on lipstick in the bathroom. Samantha came in.
"You look pretty mom." She said.
"Thank you."
"Where are you going?"
"Out with your father."
"Like a date?"
"Yes."
"Are you getting back together?"
"We don't know yet."
"I hope you decide to."
Em and Sam were at the restaurant.
"I'm glad you agreed to come out with me tonight." He said.
"I'm glad you asked me."
"Would you consider getting back together?"
"Yes." "I love you."
"I love you too." They kissed.
