"I know how it works now. It's all so simple, yet complicated. That device detonates and focuses the explosion in the center. The antimatter involved packs a massive amount of power — enough to trigger vacuum decay. Vacuum decay changes the state of quantum fields in the affected area, releasing a huge amount of energy. This, in turn, triggers vacuum decay in nearby areas, causing the destruction to spread exponentially. It would grow and grow, annihilating everything in its path. It's not limited to Tengu City; it would affect Academy City and eventually the entire universe, as the effect travels through the interconnected "rifts" between universes. The reach of the destruction is indefinite, making it a catastrophic threat that can be deployed from anywhere."

Accelerator spoke with intense focus and determination, mustering all his mental and physical energy for the daunting task ahead.

"Just like mathematics and science, it's deceptively simple, but when delved deeper, it becomes so unbelievably complicated. But fuck that! I'll take control of everything," he declared firmly, his voice unwavering.

A blinding brilliance radiated from one corner of the city, illuminating the surroundings. As the sun began its descent, a magnificent pair of large, white wings burst forth, capturing the attention of everyone in Tengu City. With a thunderous roar, the wings stretched out from the heart of the radiant light, as if challenging the very heavens themselves.

Surprisingly, the buildings around the epicenter remained unharmed as the wings leisurely and dangerously flapped in the air. It was as if they were encircling something of great significance, a mysterious spectacle unfolding before the city's bewildered inhabitants. The immense power emanating from the wings held an otherworldly allure, leaving onlookers in awe and amazement.

The sight of these grand white wings spread against the backdrop of the illuminated cityscape was breathtaking, and an atmosphere of wonder and curiosity filled the air. 

The room fell silent as the truth unfolded before them. Among those present, few knew the origin of the awe-inspiring wings that now dominated the cityscape. And among them, one boy stood as the embodiment of this newfound power - the self-proclaimed "king of the monsters."

Amata's anger erupted like a volcanic explosion as he couldn't fathom how someone like Accelerator could possess such power. The frustration and disbelief on his face were evident as he confronted the white-winged esper.

"What the hell? Who do you think you are?" Amata's voice boomed with rage, his emotions boiling over. "How could a guinea pig like you attain this new reality? What kind of fucked up deity's ass did you kiss to get this? Answer me, you fucking monster! I refuse to believe that some freak like you could be an angel. What the hell? I know Aleister is a bigger fuck-up than me, but with you..."

Amata's words tumbled out in a torrent of anger; each syllable laced with venomous resentment. He couldn't comprehend how Accelerator, who had once been considered a mere pawn in the grand scheme of things, could now wield such god-like power. The very idea seemed absurd and infuriating.

His fists clenched tightly; Amata's entire body trembled with emotion as he glared at the enigmatic white wings. 

The colossal wings on Accelerator's back surrounded Comico Coliseum, they appeared to flap with incredible speed, expanding and stretching to match the height of Accelerator himself. With a flick of the Level 5 esper's wrist, he prevented the immense energy from spreading uncontrollably. The unknown energy that had been on the verge of being released was now redirected and manipulated with astounding precision.

Reinforcements of armed mercenaries barged into the scene, their guns raised and ready to engage, they were met with a sight that left them dumbfounded. Before them stood Accelerator, his body emanating an aura of power that surpassed anything they had ever witnessed. The sheer magnitude of his abilities overwhelmed them, and in a rare display of fear, they turned tail and ran, leaving the scene as quickly as they had arrived.
