For the 100 reads, I will do this in Sophie's perspective.
Ik. Not very creative... well, here you go!

Sophie jerked away from Keefe, who was breathing heavily.
The ambulance was here.
"WE'RE HERE!!" She shouted. Keefe winced.
"Sorry."
"It's okay," Keefe smiled shakily.
He leaned closer, trying for another kiss.
Sophie gave it to him.
When they pulled away, Keefe kept his head on her shoulder.
"Sophie?" The paramedics sounded closer.
"Over here!" Sophie yelled again, a bit quieter on Keefe's behalf.
The paramedics found the wall they were under and started heaving it up.
Keefe tightened his one arm around Sophie and squeezed his eyes shut.
"Don't leave me... please." He whispered in her ear.
"I'll come with you," Sophie assured him.
When light finally burst in, Keefe clenched his teeth and Sophie squinted.
"Is this him?" The paramedic with brown hair asked. Lucy ran circles around them, barking.
There were 2 paramedics, one with brown hair and big glasses and 1 with black hair and dark skin. The black haired one was a woman, and the brown haired one was a man.
"Yes... Keefe Sencen," Sophie answered, standing up. The woman pulled Keefe up.
Keefe smiled wearily and stuck his good hand out. "Glad to be of service, sir and ma'am."
The man shook his hand. "Nice to meet you," he replied. "I'm Elwin."
Keefe nodded, wincing as he did so.
"Elwin, we should get him to the hospital." The woman said.
"Oh yeah, sorry."
"Can I come with him?" Sophie asked as he got put in the ambulance. "And... Lucy?"
"Yeah, of course," Elwin assured her.
Sophie sat in the back with Lucy in her arms and Keefe smiled at her tiredly.
Sophie held his hand as Elwin was knocking him out.
When Keefe's hand fell limply out of hers, Sophie drew her legs against her chest, cuddling Lucy. She sighed.
"I should check you as well, just in case," Elwin told her.
"Ok."
The only thing that needed help was a cut on her leg. Which Elwin put a bandage on.
When they got to the hospital, Keefe was rushed out into emergency.
Sophie sat down in the waiting room.
As she looked around, she realised what damage the earthquake did. There was so many nurses and doctors running around, children were crying, adults were crying, injured people showing up every second.
The atmosphere was so sad, and claustrophobic, that Sophie couldn't breathe.
Lucy barked at her and Sophie smiled at her.
Sophie cuddled Lucy and blocked out the waiting room. Now the only thing she could hear was her thoughts.
Keefe had said some weird things when Elwin was knocking him out.
He had said "...Sophie... I really.... Don't want you to find my - diary. It's under... my bed...
I really like... you... I guess you like me... you kissed me... it was... good. I wanna do it again......."
Sophie giggled as she remembered that.
She was so glad he likes her, or else that kiss was out of pity.
Sophie did not like pity.

What if Keefe never woke up?
What if he never recovers?
What if he... dies?
What if.
What if.
What if.
Sophie's brain had reached the overthinking part.
Tears pricked at Sophie's eyes as she tried not to cry like the rest of the people.
Lucy licked her face.
Sophie started hyperventilating and tears went down her face.
"Sophie Foster?"
Sophie jerked upright. "That's me."
"You can see him."
Sophie hurriedly walked with the nurse, Lucy in her arms.
Lucy whimpered. "I'm sorry, girl, but I need to see him," Sophie stroked Lucy.
When they finally arrived at the room, Lucy started wagging her tail.
"You can smell him, huh?" Sophie smiled.
They walked into the room, Lucy jumped out her arms and ran over to Keefe's bed.
Keefe glanced at Lucy and realised that she was gonna jump on him.
Keefe hugged Lucy as she licked his whole face.
Then Keefe noticed Sophie standing in the doorway.
"Hey."
"Umm hey.."
Keefe had his arm and leg in a cast.
So he actually broke them, Sophie thought as she came over.
Keefe grabbed her hand shyly.
"Umm, Foster... so since we... like, kissed... will you be... my girlfriend?" Keefe blushed and looked away.
"Oh. Uh..."
