On the way

They got up early to get dressed and eat some breakfast, Alexia joined them when they got to Lucys car.

Alexia: do you have the presents?
Lucy: yep, you can just put the besides the others in the bag.

Alexia sat in back with the presents while y/n sat beside Lucy. She just watches the two of them just chatting with each other, the midfielder doesn't want to interop this between them.

y/n: when we drive back with Esme, can she sit here beside you? its kind of a tradition that she gets to be the passenger seat princess.
Lucy: yeah no problem, your good with kids?
y/n: I think so.
Lucy: do you wanna have one when you found the right person?
y/n: in fact I want two, one boy and one girl, but the girls should be the older one.
Lucy: what should they're names be?
y/n: ehm...

y/n gets red in her cheeks cause she exactly knows the names but she doesn't know if alexia is okay with it.

Y/n: the thing is that my partner can choose the name for the boy cause I want that my daughters name is Elisabet.
Ale: what?
y/n: I hope that is okay for you and alba.
Ale: of course its okay, I was just surprised that you choose mamas name.
Lucy: I thought her name is Eli?
Ale: its her nickname.

Lucy: by the way, what is your full name?
Y/n: it's y/n Zárgo Putellas Segura.
Lucy: three last names?
Y/n: yep.

Y/n: do you want kids?
Lucy: I don't know, I never really thought about it. It was always my career that came first but I'm getting old now don't I?

She said with a small laugh.

Y/n: wow Lucia Roberta Tough Bronze finally said that she is old.

Lucy's cheeks turn red as y/n said it.

Lucy: shut up, I said I'm getting old not that I am old.
Y/n: at least you look good.
Lucy: you think I look good?
Y/n: shush it, you know what I meant.
Lucy: i know, I'm just teasing you.

After 20 minutes they arrived at albas house and already put the presents on the table.

Alba: it's good to see you here, she is outside.
Y/n: I'm going to her.

Ale: we come in a few minutes.

Ale, Lucy and alba talk while watching y/n and Esme play.

Alba: so Lucy, Alexia and Ona talked to me.

Oh shit what did they tell her?

Lucy: about what?

She smiles while watching Esme and y/n, y/n picked Esme up and is now doing air plain through the garden.

Alba: you and y/n had some difficulty's at the beginning.
Lucy: yeah but I think we're getting past it.
Alba: and they told me that you like her.
Lucy: w-what do you mean?

She turns to Alba and Ale, her smile dropped.

Alba: do you realize how you look at her?
Lucy: like I look at every other person.
Ale: you look at her the same way you looked at Keira and your eyes they sparkle every time she walks into the room.
Lucy: I don't know what you mean, plus she is not even my type.
Alba: you sure about it?
Lucy: yes, anyways I'm gonna say hi to Esme.

As Lucy walked out Alba and Ale continued to talk. As soon as Esme saw Lucy she ran into her arms.

Y/n: look who is joining us.
Esme: Lucia, I missed you.
Lucy: I missed you too, already better in English?
Esme: yes, this is y/n my favorite aunty.
Lucy: I know.
Esme: how?

Y/n and Lucy laughed as they sit down on the grass with Esme.

Lucy: I drove her here and we share the same room.
Esme: why do you share a room?
Y/n: I have to tell you something, I play with aunty Ale and Lucy at Barcelona now.
Esme: you live here now?
Y/n: yes.

Esme: do you like each other?

The two of them turned red but only Lucy was able to say something.

Lucy: we have to like each other don't we?

Y/n smiled at that answer.

Esme: right.
Y/n: do you want to show us what you got?

She nods with a big smile, it melts y/ns heart and Lucy notices it.

Lucy: you will be a great mother.
Y/n: what?

Y/n knew what Lucy said but it just seemed unreal to her that Lucy said those words.

Lucy: the way you are with Esme, you will be a great mother to your kids.
Y/n: thanks, I guess.

They glanced at each other and there was this warmth again in their chest, they both got that warmth feeling. A strange but exciting feeling, the way the time stood still and they just looked at each other.

Ale: are you guys coming, I want some cake.
Y/n: si lo siento.

The two athletes got up and walked into the house.

Esme: I got all this.

Esme is just a ray of sunshine, she sparkles full of energy and excitement. The way her eyes and smile effects everyone around her.

Lucy: do I see a football there?
Esme: yep.
Lucy: are you gonna be like your aunties?
Esme: No they are to good.

Alba: anyone cake?
Ale: yesss I'm starving.

The five of them sat down by the table when suddenly the doorbell rang. Esme got up and ran to the door.

Esme: avía!!!
Ale: I didn't know she was coming.
Alba: she called me before you two arrived that she comes.

As Eli walked in everyone got up and y/n directly hugged her.

Eli: hola.
Y/n: T'he trobat a faltar.
Eli: but now your finally home.

She hugged Ale, Alba and Lucy.

Eli: good to see you all, now let's sit down and eat.

They all sat down again and started to eat. Y/n and Lucy sat in front of each other, now and then they looked at each other and held the gaze.

Eli: so y/n you now live with Ale?
Y/n: yes.
Eli: don't you want an own apartment?
Y/n: the thing is I don't wanna live alone plus I rather want a house, three bedrooms, a big kitchen, big living room, high walls, an office, three bathrooms, a guest toilet, a guest room, a balcony and a big garden.
Eli: why don't you just buy one?
Y/n: I don't want to live alone.
Eli: maybe when you found the right women.

Y/ns face went all red and she choked on her food.

Eli: is something?
Y/n: no I just can't eat.
