In his full mutant form, he resembles a white wolf, his stunning skin is covered in beautiful white fur, he has stunning white skin white and grey stripes with long white whiskers. His eyes shift from simple hazel eyes to a large eyes with light blue eyes.

He is technically 'naked' but for Hank sake he wears clothes. He does not show anyone of full mutant form but Hank so when Vincent meets Charles, Erik, Raven, Phineas, Ryan, and Moria he only shows them his half mutant form.
