The sun was beginning to rise when I parted from Inazuma. I hopped on the nearest ship that arrived and sat down somewhere I wouldn't bother anyone. Paimon in the other hand flew all across the place looking around. I let out a sigh and looked at the ocean. Not long after Paimon returns with a few snacks in her hand.
"Traveler look at what they got here!" - P
I looked at paimon with a slight smile as she settled down next to me and gave me a serving of dango. As I ate my eyes traveled back to the ocean once again. Paimon with curousity tapped my shoulder and asked.
"Are you worried Traveler?" - P
"A little bit. I'm curious what would Zhongli think if I brought back his gnosis when he tried to get rid of it." - A
Paimon grabbed her chin and thought to herself before responding.
"I don't think he would care much, at most he wouldn't use it. So don't worry about it much." - P
"It's not just that. My journey is almost at it's end. What if my sister and I won't be able to live happily as before again? What if all this journey was for nothing?" - A
Paimon frowned and pat my shoulder with her tiny hands after giving me the last snack she held in her arms.
"Even if you two wouldn't manage to work things out, it's the journey that matters. The people you met along the way, and the memories you made. So instead of focusing on what might happen, try enjoying the present." - P
I was first surprised by what Paimon just said but then I just smiled lightly and caressed her head before chowing down on the last snack. Not long after that I heard as the ship began bustling more and that grabbed my attention. I looked around at the people on the ship and for some reason all of them seemed very familiar. After a bit I heard the hearty laughter of a familiarly sounding woman.
"Ahaha! Okay crew, let's get ready to sail! Let no waves crush the Crux!" - B
It was the sound of the Crux fleet's leader, Beidou. Paimon and I looked at eachother in the same sync before smiling. We got on the Crux once again!
"That was Beidou! Once we set sail, we should say hi to her!" - P
I nodded to that and after a bit the ship began slowly moving it's way, creating large splashes of waters around it. Paimon and I then stood up and began making our way to the nose of the ship. Once we were in a visible range, the brown haired captain turned her head as she held the wheel and immediately striked up a conversation.
"Well well, if it isn't the well known Traveler who defeated 5 Fatui Harbingers with one strike! How come the waves brought you on this ship once again?" - B
Beidou asked as she smiled lightly at us.
"We felt like it was quite a long time ago since we visited Liyue so we thought it was time to do so again!" - A
"Damn right it is! The Lantern Rite is upon us afterall!" - B
Paimon's smile widened and she then spoke.
"Yea we managed to free some space!... By the way Beidou, will you attend Lantern Rite this year?" - A
Beidou twisted the wheel with strength and then turned back to me and Paimon.
"Of course I will! I will be delivering goods from Inazuma to Liyue. Ningguang placed quite a huge order this year for the preparations." - B
"Woah, so Ningguang is going all out this year, doesn't she?" - P
