(Boom! Did not expect an update this soon, did ya? Well, I had time and I wanted to get a start on Season Two. I hope you enjoy this chapter and I will try to get the next one up as soon as I can. Enjoy!)

Well, here I am. Walking around Ninjago City. Just taking a break from all the stuff that has happened. Especially the whole thing with the Great Devourer. It has been a short while since our battle with the beast and I look to see people cleaning up and repairing the damages from the aftermath. But even though the Devourer is no more, doesn't mean we are done by a long shot. The Serpentine Tribes are still out there and so is Garmadon. With the Golden Weapons in his hands. I slap my forehead as I stop walking. "Aw man." I mutter. I remove my hand and open my eyes as I see a bench right next to me. Huh. Convenient.

I sit down and lean back as I rest my hands on my lap. I sigh deeply. Also, with the Bounty gone we are without a home. Again. I lean my head back as close my eyes to relax. But then I open them as I hear a bell. I hold my head up as look to see the same mailman that I saw at Ed And Edna's Junk Yard stopping in front of me. "Hey there." He greets. I raise a brow but wave back. "So, uh, I have something for you." He says, getting off his bike and going through his bag. He then turns to look at me and gives an envelope. I look at it with surprise. I have never had mail before. "Ahem. Uh, not to be rude, but are you going to take it?" I blink out of my stare and take the envelope, noting that it was a little heavy and I shake to to feel something in it. "Well, see ya around." I look up as the mailman leaves on his bike.

I look at the envelope and look to see that it has my name on it. I look at it for a while but then my powers flare up and I close my eyes as I see the guys. I open my eyes as I tuck the letter safely in my Gi and I hop off the bench as I make my way to the guys. I walk for a bit then I hear a screech and look back to see the Falcon fly overhead. I smile then look to where he goes and sees the guys straighten a pole with an m on the top. The Falcon rests on top of it as I finally meet up with the guys. "Ah, finally. All fixed up and Serpentine free." Cole says, he and Jay holding the sign up. I then see Kai try but fail to summon enough fire to weld the pole to its post. It wasn't even hot.

Another thing is after Garmadon ran off with the Golden Weapons, the guys have been having difficulty with their powers. I think it is mostly because they were connected to them and made it easier to summon their powers, but without them they have been struggling to use them in their own. Kai groans at the lack of flames. "This is frustrating. Our weapons are gone, and most of our elemental powers are gone. I mean, we can still do Spinjitzu, but..." He complains then tries to summon fire again. I roll my eyes as I then help straighten the pole and hold onto it. "Not gone. Weakened." I correct as I move and let go of the pole as Zane uses a welding torch to attach the pole to the post.

"I just feel so, I don't know, limited. And thanks to the Devourer, our tank's out of commission, our Dragon's hurt, and now that the Bounty is destroyed, we don't even have a place to sleep." Okay, way to summarize our situation, Kai. I roll my eyes, "Look, I get that it's frustrating to not summon your powers like that," I literally snap to emphasize, "But we'll figure it out. If there is one thing I learn while I was on my own: it's to make the most of your situation and always find a way." I tell him. "(Y/N) is correct. No one ever said being a hero is easy. Though our good deeds may never make us rich, they make us rich in other ways. And we will figure something out." Zane says the last thing looking at me. I smile at him in thanks.

"Yeah, well, I don't feel rich." Kai groans. Sheesh, sour much? "Unh. I for one enjoy pitching in. I've always wanted to feel a part of a community." Jay says, throwing away a broken TV in a nearby trashcan. "Ah, speaking of which, anyone seen Nya? She said she was gonna help." He says. And right after he said that, I feel Nya's presence approach us along with Wu's. "And I have." I look to see her on a motorcycle with Master Wu in the sidecar. "I may have found us a place to live." She stops in front of us. "Really? But there's a waiting list a mile long to live in Ninjago City. How did you do that?" Jay asks. "I know a guy, who knows a girl, and she knows this girl who knows a guy. Well, this guy knows a girl who's a real estate agent, and she can help you find a place, if you catch my drift." Okay you could have just said you know a real estate agent.
