Raven locked her building walking out seeing Melvin by her car.  He's been a gentleman since they met and never gave an off vibe. "Hey," Raven said walking up. 

"Got time for Dinner? "

"Umm well, I have to see. "

"About?"

"Dinner where? " Raven asked

"Your pick.  Plus you owe me one for saving your butt today" he said

"Again thanks.  Might have you be my assistants than her" Raven said laughing "But okay just dinner" she said

They get in a car driving off.  "So why are you single? " Raven asked

"Divorced.  Me and her never worked out.  8 years gone.  But wasn't anything wrong.  No cheating or lies.  We just weren't seeing eye to eye wasn't connecting like we did when we met" he said

"So you guys tried and just seem to never work? "

"Yeah," he said as they pulled up to a diner. They get out walk in sitting down.  "So how's the baby? "

"He's getting big.  But he's healthy and that's all I'm worried about. "

"What about him? "

"What about him? "

"Y'all straight? "

"We see eye to eye for our son"

They order their food eating enjoying each other company.  It was going on 10 when Raven phone rings seeing it was Marco.  "Okay I have to go," she said putting her phone back in her purse.

30 minutes later they pulled back up to the building.  Raven gets out gets in her car driving off.  She calls Marco telling him she'll be at the house and he can drop him off. Raven pulls up at home going inside to shower.  She gets out seeing her phone ring. 

"Hello? "

"You left your wallet," Melvin said

"Damn.  You can drop it by real quick.  I'll send you my address" Raven said hanging up and sending it to him. 

Melvin pulls up getting out knocking on the door.  Raven opens it seeing him stand there with her wallet.  He looked surprised seeing her in a silk pajama seat which was tight around her body. "Here you go," he said

"Thank you for stopping this by," she said smiling. 

"My pleasure," he said checking her out still. "Have a goodnight" he said reaching for her hand and rubbing it. 

"You too," she said

Marco pulls up seeing Melvin touching Raven going in for a kiss.  Marco gets out slamming his door catching their attention. He grabs the baby out walking up.  "Let's go! " he said talking to Raven. 

"Bye Melvin," Raven said seeing him walk away.

Marco storms passed her with King sitting him down while she shuts the door.  She becomes nervous.  Marco walks up to her. "Don't! " She said pointing her finger at him and seeing him come up in her face.

"Tell me"

"Tell you what? "

"Fuck was that?" he said pointing at her.

"I left my wallet in his car he was just dropping it off"

"FUCK" he lowered his voice looking back at King  "Fuck you doing in his car? "

"It doesn't matter"

"You playing with me? "

"We not together.  So how? "

"Bet"

"What's that supposed to mean? " Raven asked seeing him walk to the door. She walks behind him shutting the door.

"Move bro.  You wanna play?  Watch! " he said pushing her out of the way

"Stop," Raven said grabbing his shirt "I never touched that man," she said stopping him on the porch. 

"Go back in there with my son bro"

Raven folds her arms.  Marco went back into the house.  He picks his son up.  "Look I'm not even going play with you.  What is it? "

"With what?"

"Me and you.  I'm tired of begging and pleading shit to you.  It's been 4 months already.  We done or what? " he said getting smart. 

Raven just looks at him.  Marco gets up sitting King down.  "When you figure that shit out.  Let me know.  I'm out. Done begging yo ass" he said Kissing king leaving.
