Chapter 17

After finishing his last class, the teacher calls him, and he goes to her office wondering what it was about only to be handed a club form 

“Since you are new here I’ll let you know that joining a club is mandatory whether it’s the go home club or any at all so today go exploring and see which one you like or you can pick based on your hobbies” the teacher explains 

“Yes miss Jenna I’ll see to it” Angel politely replies, not wanting to get into bad graces with his teachers even though he didn’t enjoy the idea of joining a club.

Angel was excused and he walked through the hallways skimming through the forms “maybe I’ll join the music club” he mutters as soon as he said that he was stopped by a very cheerful looking girl with a ponytail in her hand was a tray of brownies and they smelled delightful 

“Hey there! You seem like a freshman. Would you like to try some of this?” She says pushing the tray closer to him Angel was a picky eater but he could never refuse brownies or chocolate he shrugged and took a bite “mhmmm it’s delightful” his eyes sparkled this was the second best brownie he has eaten first one was the one Alexis made for him he kinda missed them now 

After tasting the brownie, he was pulled out of his thoughts by the girl.

“Hey so since you’ve already tried the brownie why don’t you checkout the home ec club we are currently baking now and you could join we are short on members this year anyways there are only two boys counting you” the girl explained “Ah, but I was going to the-“ before angel could say anything the girl grabbed his arms “Well too bad you already ate it”  Angel was confused as he was getting dragged ‘is this what they call scam?! Did I just get scammed?!’

“Don’t worry, cutie, you are gonna love it. Our club is fun!” The girl exclaimed, followed with a introduction “By the way I’m Emma”

 “Oh I’m Angel” he was still confused but has now succumbed to his fate 

“Emma, who did you drag this time?” An old lady who He assumed is a teacher said 

“Mam I found this cutie he's here to try it out today” Emma said to the teacher

“Ah it’s a boy you can put them together in a group since there are two boys” The teacher said I was confused who’s this other guy he just thought it when he heard some girl screaming wondering what that was about he looked at the direction seeing a very handsome guy with a serious expression on his face piping cream without giving angel any time to thinking about it Emma grabbed his arms dragging him to where the awfully handsome guy was 

“Hey Lance! I found someone to be your group partner” She said and the guy looked at Angel showing a surprised expression it didn’t last before it was replaced with a smile “Hey cutie I didn’t think I would see you again this fast” The smile was so charming Angel felt his face heating up “H-hi” he quietly replied in a sweet voice with his fingers fiddling with the hem of his shirt he could swear he usually wasn’t this shy 

But he knew he wouldn’t last long if he looked at the guy, Lance felt an arrow stab his heart because he found the little cutie to be adorable 

Lance didn’t know why, but he was 100 per cent sure now that he was attracted to the beautiful looking boy. This was a first for him.

“Well students it’s time to start baking. Gather your partners and begin” the teacher announced 

“Come with me” Lance took Angels hand, taking him to their table.

Lance started explaining all the ingredients and what they were gonna bake Angel could barely concentrate at the deep, calming voice since he was busy staring at lance’s face

Lance felt a stare and smirked “Well are you that curious about how someone as handsome and cool as me could be doing home ec” Angel blushed but couldn’t deny it, because it was one of his thoughts others were a bit more questionable containing his urges, he nodded.

“Well it’s because you see that old teacher well she tricked me into excepting her class because she thought that if I was here my handsomeness could attract more people and she wanted more guys to join as well but unfortunately only girls got attracted” Lance sighed looking troubled as he glanced at the amount of girls here Angel chuckled at that 

“Are you laughing at my misery, little one?” Lance spoke in his deep voice, which made Angel’s knees weak, and he put his palm on his mouth to stop laughing. And shook his head, saying “no” 

Lance was even more amused and now he had a ongoing smile on his face which just stuck he grabbed some eggs and gave him to Angel “Here crack these egg in the bowl we are making a Black Forest cake” Angel took those eggs he first examined them wondering where to crack don’t get him wrong he has been to the kitchen ones with Alexis but that’s was the first and last time for him he glanced at Lance but he saw him working diligently he didn’t want to bother he took the egg and squishes it with his fingers immediately making a mess “Yuck it’s gooey” Lance glanced back and was surprised at that mess he hasn’t seen someone crack eggs like this ever before even children at the pack house knew how to crack eggs he asked a bit perplexed 

“Umm… sweetie, do you not know how to crack eggs”

 Angel looked at him a bit worried 

“Aww it’s okay. There are ten eggs left I’ll teach you it’s super easy” Angel was surprised to see him this calm.

To add to his surprise, Lance got behind him and put his arms around his body, demonstrating how to do it

“You just do this and crack look how cleanly it cracked”

Angel breathing hinged he felt the big, warm body behind him he turned stiff and didn't know where to put his attention 

“Got it pup” Lance asked, noticing the smaller guy becoming stiff, which made him smirk a bit

“Y-yeah!” Angel absently replied, feeling like he missed something 

After that, the baking process continued, and thankfully, Angel didn't embarrass himself again as Lance demonstrated everything 

Angel thought about how nice Lance was Abel and the others were being scared for nothing.

Hey guys I'm so sorry for not updating i just went through a break up. i broke up with him and i regret it so badly i want him back but there's no way i keep thinking of him and the sweet moments between us i miss him alot and it hurts like a bitch especially seeing other people chummy with their own haha I'm so dumb on that day i was going through alot insecurities trust issues and many other stuff (not really the best state to make decisions) and i just wanted to talk about it and i dunno how it turned into me breaking up with him its like the 4th day and i only dated him for a week hahaha but we were real close we chatted on vc for 7 hours on weekends those calls were the best he had a british accent and he had a funny chuckle haha but yeah he blocked me afterwards and theres no way i can contact him again he bought confidence in me i didn't care what others thought while i was dating him i just wish he'd unblock me so I'd apologise and ask if we can be together again....
