Y'all I wrote this story almost a year and a half ago now; insane to think about actually! None of my other stories have done as well as this one, which practically wrote its self.
I submitted it to the Wattys Awards last year and lost to another avengers fic I think (still salty).
Anyways, after a year and a half I can finally say this is my proudest accomplishment as a writer and reveal my biggest secret!
I wrote Eddie based off the show, obviously, but also after a boy in my life. I had a massive crush on him on the tale end of this story and all the soft moments in the story are just day dreams I had about the Boy.
Me and the Boy have been dating for almost a year now and are planning to move in together after college, my very own Eddie. (The soft moments are now my everyday reality! Holy shit!)
I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm beyond grateful! And write fanfiction, you might manifest the love of your life.
