"Oh, I was going to ask you something too," I said. Finney laughed. "Well, you can say it first. "No, you say what you want first," I replied with a smile. "How about we say it at the same time?" Finney suggested. "Are you nervous?" I asked, playfully elbowing him. "Uhhh I guess you could say that," he said. "Alright, I will just countdown and we will say it at the same time," I said. 

"3... 2... 1-"

"I like you" 

Finney's POV 

After we said that we stared at each other, and he seemed as shocked as I was. We both suddenly broke into laughter. "Wow, I wasn't expecting that," I said. "Me either," he replied. We both looked at each other. "So, are you being for real?" I asked slowly. "Duh." He responded. I smiled. "Well, I like you back." I said. "I think that point was pretty clear." he chuckled. He took my hand and we both walked away together.
