Abhimaan got up in the middle of the night. He was thirsty and hungry. The pain medication made him oversleep. He looked at the clock. It was 2 in the morning. He sighed and reached for a glass of water. The maid had come in to call him for dinner. He was too tired to go out then. Now he would pay the price.

He frowned when the jug was empty. He was stuck in the room whole day. That was the easy the jug was empty. He got down with difficulty. Thirst was making his throat burn. He needed water. He knew the kitchen was right next to the dining. He had seen it during lunch. He limped his way to the elevator.

The ground floor was engulfed in darkness. He paused at the elevator. He did not know where the light switches were. He looked around hoping to find them, but he could not see anything. He was not scared of darkness. He was disgusted with the hands that could grope him under blanket of darkness. He took a cautious step forward but stopped when he heard footsteps. His heart pounded in his chest. He should not have come down, he should have stayed locked in his room. He did not even have a weapon in hand.

He turned to rush back to the elevator when he heard the colorful curses. Someone had stubbled and was cursing the couch black and blue. That made him tense further.

"Alexa turn on the bloody lights" Someone hissed.

The lights turned on and he saw a young man standing there annoyed. He was dripping wet. Water sprayed around him as his shook his head vigorously. His amber eyes sparkled with annoyance as he pulled down his tee-shirt, unrevealing his six pack abs. His biceps bulged as he pulled at the wet tee-shirt.
