"Mamma, ho incontrato qualcuno in Inghilterra" (Mum i met someone in england).

"Hai fatto, tesoro? Chi è lui?" (Did you darling? Who is he?)

"Si chiama Mason, ci siamo baciati ma non ne abbiamo parlato per un mese Ho cercato di dimenticarlo ma non riesco a togliermelo dalla testa" (He's called Mason, we kissed but we haven't spoken about it for a month. I have tried to forget about him but I can't get him out my head,) I spare the detail of the night we shared together because I don't think my mum would be too happy about it.

"Oh tesoro, lui prova lo stesso? Perché se no, ce ne sono tanti altri nel mare" (Oh darling does he feel the same? Because if not there are plenty of fish in sea). That's the issue I have no clue how he feels we haven't talked about it. 

"Non so come si senta. Mamma cosa faccio? Non ho mai visto i miei muri crollare così velocemente." (I don't know how he feels. Mum what do i do? I have never had my walls come down so quick.) 

"Quando io e tuo padre ci siamo messi insieme, avevo le mie difese altissime Ma lui ha insistito Non mi ha mai fatto sentire meno di quanto valessi Solo perché non ti mostra i suoi sentimenti, non significa che non provi le stesse emozioni Quando torni, parlagliene" (When me and your father got together I had my walls up so high. But he persisted with it. He never let me feel any less than I was worth. Just because He doesn't show you how he feels it does not mean that he does not share the same feelings. When you go back speak to him about it). She was right all we had to do was talk. I said thank you and headed out to meet Eliza. 

Eliza was my brother's girlfriend when he passed. In the midst of his death she became my best friend, we helped each other through the hard times and pulled through with a strong friendship.

"Ciao Eliza, è così bello vederti Come va tutto?" (Hey Eliza, it's so good to see you, How is everything?)

"Molto meglio ora che sei qui." (better now you're here.) We exchanged hugs and caught up with everything over lunch. Eliza really did know me best. Wetalked about the Mason situation and she was giving me advice on it.

"Mia mamma mi ha detto di parlare con lui e vedere come si sente" (My mum told me to just talk to him and see how he feels.)

"Tutto quello che posso dire è che tua madre è una donna intelligente, quando tuo fratello è morto ho perso il mio unico vero amore. Non lo riavrò mai indietro. (All I can say is your mother is a smart woman, when your brother passed I lost my one true love. I will never get that back. But I am thankful because we never wasted a moment when he was here, So my only advice is don't waste another moment, call him.) She was right I pull out my phone until I am caught in my tracks when I see a notification from an article. Mason was seen out with another girl. My heart sinks, I was too late.
