"I don't understand why we're doing this. I have clothes at home that are perfectly fine. Why do I need a fancy dress?"

"Cynthia, with all due respect," Hyunjin crossed his arms over his chest. "I know you don't remember a lot of things, but you do know what a surprise is. Trust me, you're going to want a nice dress for this."

"It'll be so fun!" Changbin added. "We have almost the entire day for you to try on so many dresses! Think of it like your own personal fashion show. Hyunjin and I will judge your outfits. We'll help you pick the best one."

Cynthia knew she shouldn't have been complaining, but she couldn't help it. This morning, she woke up to Hyunjin and Changbin practically ambushing her. Hyunjin slammed an extra pillow into her face. Changbin ripped off the blankets and left her exposed skin freezing cold.

She barely had time to react before she was jerked up and pushed into the bathroom with a change of clothes. When she came out, Hyunjin and Changbin herded towards the door with her in tow. She barely had time to grab the muffin that Felix held out for her before they were off.

She decided that she hated surprises as she ate the blueberry muffin. Up front in the car, Hyunjin and Changbin were gushing about dress shopping. She wanted to know why, but they refused to budge. She was left clueless as she finished up her muffin. All she knew was that she needed a nice dress.

When the car came to a stop, she glanced up to find a multi-level story building. She blinked in shock, but she didn't get enough time to take it all in. Before she knew it, her door was yanked open. Changbin took one hand and Hyunjin took the other. She felt like a toddler as they pulled her towards the building.

"Do you like long or short dresses?"

"Oh, yeah! What about colors? Do you like darker or lighter colors?"

"Sleeves or no sleeves?"

"Maybe we can find one with glitter!"

She had never seen the pair so excited before. In the building, she struggled to keep up with them. She managed to figure out that they were in some sort of mall. Saturday morning was the worst time to go to the mall because everyone was there.

The place had only been open for roughly an hour, but that didn't stop the early birds from shopping. Bags were filled up with clothes, shoes, and books. Other objects were neatly wrapped up and placed in fancy paper bags. The stores were blurred and colors blended together.

The pair had a one track mind and all Cynthia could do was attempt to keep up. She nearly tripped over her feet, but the guys were too distracted to notice it. When they finally stopped, her calves burned from going so fast. She pulled her hands away from the guys and bent down to rub one of them.

"Ta-dah!" Hyunjin waved his hand around. "Welcome to one of the best dress stores in Seoul. We have hours for you to try on dresses. The surprise isn't until later tonight, so you can choose whatever you want."

The sheer number of dresses on racks was overwhelming. Deep blue, mauve, and lilac. Sunflower yellow, fire engine red, and burnt orange. Dresses the color of eggshell, charcoal black, and storm cloud gray. Whatever color you could possibly imagine, it was there.

Mannequins were adorned in some of the most sparkling dresses that Cynthia had ever seen. In one row, there seemed to be a section of wedding dresses. The entire place was huge and she couldn't believe her eyes.

"This is...wow."

"This is so exciting!" Changbin squealed in delight. "Come on! Where do you wanna start? Should we go through the rainbow? How about we start with pinks?"
