CHAPTER SIXTEEN: MIND VERSUS HEART
“Mom, I’m going to Edwards Residence today.” I said. I know that Perrie’s family is very fashonable so I dressed myself well. I’m wearing a dress that’s one inch above my knee with blazer on and a leather boots. I also brought a shoulder bag and hung it on my right shoulder.
“We’re not yet taking our lunch.”
“I’ll hav emy lunch there.”
“Don’t forget your phone. You must be here before 4:30.”
“4:30? What’s the time we’ll ge to the Chance’s house?”
“5:30. We’ll still arrange ourselves .”
“Ah okay. Are we going to be with dad?”
“Yes”
“Time check: 10:00. Okay I’ll leave at 4 pm” then I left. I rode a cab on my way at Perrie’s house. Wow! Their housewas extended again!
*Doorbell* it’s so big.
“Good afternoon Danica. Long time no see.” Mrs. Deborah Edwards, Perrie’s mom, greeted me and gave me a peck on the cheek.
“Good afternoon Mrs. Edwards. I brought some food here. We can share this, this lunch.”
“Oh thank you. Gloria! Please get this.Dannie, Perrie’s inside her room.”
“Thank you madam.”
Then I enetr their home. Their house is very marvelous! Fom the tiles up to their ceiling. I’m drooling.
“Danica!!!” Perrie called me using her sweet voice.
“Perrie, your house is very beautiful. My last visit is two years ago I think. Your house was extended again.”
“Our house expansions is held every year.”
“Amazing”
“Come, I thought we’ll talk?”
“Ah yes, I forgot the reason why I’m here. Ahahaha” then she grabbed my arm and brought me to her room. And as usual, her room is as beautiful as her.
“Have a seat.” She told me. While I was looking up while walking.
“Oh thank you.”
“So how’s your date with Greyson last Saturday?” she asked directly.
“Wooooh so direct.”
“You know me.”
“well, while picking what to wear I’m already nervous. I can’t think clearly what to wear so I consulted my mom. Well, the clothes she suggested are good. She even have an idea that the one I’ll date is Greyson!”
“Wow, your mom really likes Greyson, he told me that your mom told him to call Mrs. Diana “Mommy Diana””
“He told you that?”
“Yes. He’s very proud of it. AHAHAHAHAHA.”
“Eeewww”
“Ahahaha, continue.”
“We ate first at an expensive restaurant then rode a roller coaster. He even knew that I haben’t riden a roller coaster since vacation! How did he know it?”
“Honestly, it’s because I told him.”
“You did that?!”
“Yes. Also the Katy Perry concert, I told him also. AHAHAHA.”
