Chapter Thirty-One: Dumb When Inlove

You were weak and fragile, then you decided to work hard to become stronger and braver than the old you. You will then be satisfied with your sudden change, making you love yourself. And with loving yourself, people that surrounds you will come to love you, too. They will compliment you for doing something for yourself and will then assign you to teach weak people to become strong too. The saddening part is that when you finally taught them how to become strong, they would do everything and work together to make you weak and fragile. It's inevitable.

I have come to understand that this is just how our life works, how the world works.

Gaya lang ngayon.. facing the thousands of knights I strictly trained hard to become the strongest knight troop in the history of Douglas Empire but look at them going against me and using their strength against me.

Naging mapusok na halikan 'yun na para bang uhaw na uhaw kami sa isa't isa. Ang mga dila namin ay nag-espadahan kasabay ng pagdikit lalo ng mga katawan namin.

I know that all eyes are on us. Hindi ko man mawari ang mga reaksiyon nila pero ang importante ay makita nila o maintindihan nila na napaka-importanteng tao ni Glee sa buhay ko.

Hingal na hingal kaming tumigil sa paghalikan saka namin pinagdikit ang mga noo namin.

"G-Glee.." Pinilit ko parin magsalita. "I'll go with them. I'll confront Liam. I want to know everything.."

Niyakap naman niya ako saka niya nilagay ang baba niya sa balikat ko. "J-just please be safe. We'll go look for you as I will lead them."

"We should still talk about how you knew sisig and Celeste Del Varre, okay?"

"Yes, of course. I'll definitely answer your questions once everything is over."

Kumalas na ako sa yakap at nginitian siya ng matamis bago bumaling ng tingin kila Dad.
