The piercing studio was a vibrant clash of neon lights and low volume of metal music, the kind of place where individuality was celebrated and chaos felt right at home. Behind the counter stood Douma, leaning lazily against the glass display case filled with an array of piercings..from simple studs to outrageous hoops. He wore his trademark grin, his eyes shimmering with mischief while using his phone. Later, the bell above the door jingled and Douma looked up just in time to see Akaza walk in, his usual looking firm in place.

"Well..well, if it isn't Akaza-dono!" Douma exclaimed, spreading his arms dramatically. "To what do I owe this pleasure? Did you come here just to see me?~" Akaza shot him a glare and his hands shoved deep into his jacket pockets. "Don't flatter yourself. I need a piercing and you're the closest place."

Douma placed a hand over his chest, feigning hurt. "Ouch. Your words cut deeper than my needles, Akaza-dono."

Akaza rolled his eyes. "Are you going to help me or not?"

Douma's grin widened. "Oh, I'll help you..alright. But I've got to say, I'm a little surprised. Didn't think you were the type to accessorize."

Akaza's jaw tightened and he muttered, "Just thought I'd try something new."

"Fair enough" Douma replied cheerfully. "Come, take a seat." He gestured to the piercing chair in the corner of the room. Akaza hesitated for a moment before sighing and sitting down. He looked around the studio, his awkwardness palpable.

"Relax, Akaza-dono. You're in good hands~" Douma said pulling on a pair of gloves. "That's exactly what worries me." Akaza muttered under his breath.

Douma laughed as the sound light and playful. "Oh, don't be such a grump. Now, what are we doing today? A simple stud? Or maybe something bolder? A hoop? A chain? Oh! How about a dangling charm? I have some that would look absolutely adorable on you"

Akaza's glare intensified. "A stud. Just a plain stud."

"Boring.." Douma teased but he complied, picking out a small silver stud. He stepped closer while leaning down to inspect Akaza's ear. His breath brushed against Akaza's skin, making the other man stiffen.

"Relax, Akaza-dono. I promise I won't bite. Unless you ask me to.." Douma said with a wink. Akaza's face turned red and he glare slightly. "Just get on with it!"

Douma chuckled and held up the piercing needle. "Alright, on the count of three. One... two-" He pierced Akaza's ear before he could finish the count.

Akaza winced, a low hiss escaping his lips. "Damn it, Douma! You didn't even say three!"

"And you didn't flinch! See? I'm helping you build character, you know?" Douma replied with a grin as he secured the stud in place. Akaza glared at him but didn't say anything, his hand reaching up to touch the new piercing.
