Oh my gosh , I can't believe I'm performing in 2 days !!! I'm so excited yet I'm so nervous , I've never performed before and now I'm doing it on national Tv . I can't believe its already been a week since I've got here and I've been spending a lot of time with Taylor since Justin said he wouldn't be here unit the night before the performance.

Taylor's been a really good company since she's giving me tips and helping me to get rid of my nerves before the performance. Just thinking about performing is making me sick.

I need something to get my mind off this , too bad I don't know New York too well unless I would just love to walk around and explore . Maybe I should have brought a friend along so I wouldn't be so lonely, I mean I could ask Taylor but she's doing a photo shoot today so I guess it just leaves me by myself.

"Hey Sel it's me Dylan"

"Hey , whats up ?"

"So I remember you saying you're gonna be in New York for the week so I was wondering if you needed company. Since you don't really know that city that well.

" Really ?!?" I asked excitedly

"Yeah , I mean if you don't mind spending the whole day with me." He chuckled nervously. "You don't have to if you're busy ." I could tell he was nervous asking me spend the day with him but I don't know why . Frankly I'm over ecstatic about spending the day with him !

"Yeah !" I beamed.

" Okay meet me at Central Park." He said.

"Sure , bye Dyl." and I hung up.

-Central Park-

As I walked along Central Park I couldn't help but stare in awe at the breath taking view. The ground was lightly covered in snow along with the trees as children play and skate around the ice rink . Everything here seemed so perfect. It looks as how people described it to be , it felt so surreal.

"SELENA !" Someone screamed in my ear snapping away from the view and making me jump.

"Ahh" I screamed as I ran over and hid behind a tree , peeking so slightly to see Dylan standing there laughing like a manic.

"Its not funny !" I pouted "You could have given me a heart attack !" As I glared as Dylan kept on laughing.

"Y-you should have s-seen your face." Dylan said while still laughing.

"Shut it Stilinski" I said as he quickly sobered up.

"Really Sel ? Whats with you and calling me Stilinski ?" He asked.

"I don't know , maybe its a habit considering I call you that all the time on set. But, hey it always stops you from laughing at me."

"Okay then let's get moving shall we ?" He gestured for me to go first as he followed along.

We began exploring New York bit by bit taking me to places not even Taylor brought me as Dylan and I spent the whole getting to know each other more talking about random things , and asking simple questions like what his favourite sport team was.

"So what made you come New York ?"

"I was actually born here remember ."

"Oh yeah I forgot" I said blushing from embarrassment.

"Yeah , I'm just here for a few days before I go back ."

"Are you gonna spend Christmas with you family ?"

" No , every few years or so they go on vacation during the holidays , but usually since their schedule doesn't work with mine , so I would spend Christmas either back home alone or my sister would come visit me. But this year she decided to go with them."

That's so sad , spending Christmas alone ? I did that once before only cause I was stuck at a airport , and it was terrible but lucky enough to I made it home before New Years. So I decided to do something to make his holiday better.

"Come over to my house." I offered."Spend it with me "

"I don't know" he said hesitantly.

"Come on you can help me and Daniella prank Tyler on Christmas Day. It'll be fun !" I persuaded.

"Are you sure ? I don't wanna intrude or anything." He said.

"Nope ! It's the holidays and you can't be alone so you're coming over. Besides Daniella's bringing her boyfriend this year so there'll be a show !." I said with a reassuring smile.

"But- "

"No buts !" I said cutting him off. "I'm not taking no for an answer."

"Okay. I mean if thats okay with you ..." He agreed although looking still not sure.

"Positive." I reassured him.

After awhile we got hungry so we just made a quick stop McDonalds to go grab dinner then take a walk in time square. It looked so lively at night. With the billboard hanging on the buildings so bright and the busy streets everything looked vivid as if I were in a movie.

As me and Dylan were walking around the streets I felt someone cover my eyes from behind me as I was about to scream the perform covered my mouth.

I don't know I'm not really feeling the whole Dylena thing right now . Is it bad I don't ship them as much anymore ?

Don't worry I'll still be finishing off this story :)
