Initially yesterday Selena and I were supposed to hangout but since she got called up for a meeting we couldn't. Although she apologized a million times I knew she didn't mean it and she just wanted a day to chill and take a break from all the works she's done, but she couldn't. I'm surprised that with Selena's strict manager she's still able to live and have some breaks on her spare time that and Selena didn't fire her.

I was happy that Selena called me this morning to tell me that she's got a day free of any work so she can spend the day without any interruption even though she begged her manager for a day of break.  Also claiming today would hopefully would make up for yesterday's mishap.

I wanted to get out of the city for the day so I texted Selena to see if she was up for a hike and she seems fine with it so I packed all my gear as I hopped into my car and drove to Selena's.

I sat in the car scrolling aimlessly on my phone as the radio started play Lay it all on me by Ed Sheeran. I texted Selena not long ago telling her I was outside and to bring her hiking gear since I was going to bring her on a trip.

Selena walked out wearing a pair of leggings and a hoodie , while holding her bag of stuff I got out to open the trunk for her.

"Thanks."

We got into the car as I drove off to our little destination.

"Have you ever been hiking before ?"

"No , I've never had the time to do those stuff or if I wanna go no one would do it with me."

"Well I'll go with you anytime." I offered.

"Really ?!"

"Yeah anytime !" I said as I pulled up to a little secluded place where I parked the car.

I went to the trunk to grab our bags as we started to hike up the trail.

"So how's everything ?"

"By everything you mean ?" She asked.

" I mean everything like as in you in general and singing and acting."

"Well though I'm recording in the studio and finishing and recording my album, right now I miss acting. I miss being on the set of Teen Wolf and hanging out with you guys."

"We miss you too."

"And in general with just me I think I'm doing pretty well. Having that break up helped me write music so I'm trying to make my break up positive ?" She said unsurely.

"Well what's done is done. Make the best of it." I offered while stepping over a broken branch."

We walked for another twenty minutes up the hill before Selena started whining.

"Dylan ! Are we there yet ?" Selena whined.
