Tilly's POV

We are shown to our table by the lovely woman who greeted us and she hands each of us a menu.

"I'll be back in a minute." She says sweetly and leaves us to decide on what we want to drink and eat.

"Have you found anything you like Tilly?" Grace says to me.

"Well the chicken burger and fries sounds good." I responded.

"Oh my god, that is amazing. I'm going to order that too." She announces happily.

"So what drinks can I get for you?" The lovely woman who goes by the name of Lily asks our table.

"A Fanta please." Grace answers.

"A Coke for me please." Calum added.

"A Chocolate Milkshake please Lily." Ashton says.

"A water please." Rosie asks.

"A Lemonade please." Michael stated.

"And a Vanilla Milkshake for me please." I finished.

"Okay, I'll be back with them in a minute." Lily stated and then dismissed herself.

Five minutes later she returned to the table with all our drinks and that loving smile of hers.

"Are you ready to order your main meals?" She questioned.

**

We ended up spending three hours talking, eating and laughing with each other until Calum pointed out the time. We were all so full up and ready to go home after such a good night out. I never realised until now how much fun you can have with your friends because back in New York my and my friends never used to do anything with each other. I was so happy being friends with everyone sitting around me right now.

"Let's head back to the car." Ashton says as he noticed everyone was getting tired and about to fall asleep.

We walk back down the street we came down to get to this wonderful place. As we approach the gap between the two houses I saw the sunset glow shining onto the sea reminding me of when my Dad used to take me to the beach late at night just to see this magical moment. That's when I stopped. Leaning on the beach wall I felt a single tear run down my face. I miss the times when me and my Dad would do things like this. I was so taken back that I didn't realise the others had continued walking towards the car until I heard footsteps running up to me.

"Tilly are you- what's wrong." he spoke.

I jumped into his arms and continued to cry more and more.

"Tilly, are you okay? Why are you crying? Do you want to talk about this?"

"M-Michael I just-"

"It's okay, it's okay." He assures me.

"I'm sorry." I say. I've known this boy for 5 days and he has already seen me in my most vulnerable state.

"Hey, it's fine. Can you please explain something to me?" He asks.

"M-my Dad, he got killed and h-he used to t-take my to the beach to see the sun setting and I'm sorry it's just I've been holding it in for so long." I cry a little more. "I need to go home."
